This is beach front, but it is high-bank, & not great access for small children - however there is easy access to the private beach from the public dock next door. The pebble beach is perfect for swimming & playing with its easy slope (no drop offs!). The public dock is great for kayaks and sups.

Welcome to the "The Ship Wreck", a sea container in the forest. Located in the community of Shirley, stay for the escape or enjoy the local beaches, hiking, camping and surfing. The Ship Wreck is a comfortable recycled sea container, placed in the trees on my private and forested 2.5 acre property in rural Shirley BC. It is a peaceful space with a large outdoor fire pit and many amenities of home. The Ship Wreck is a "glamping" experience.
