Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
