The toilet is located in the courtyard. It has outdoor dining areas in the 3 courtyards that surround it with stunning views and a beautiful garden.

Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

From the comfortable terrace of the 2nd floor you can gaze at the blue of the Pagasetic Gulf. In its cool courtyard, the arch, with its vaulted opening, brings you in contact with the picturesque houses of the village.
