Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Miles Platting

Private and peaceful apartment away from the busy-ness of Market street, but close enough where walking to and from isn’t a huge hassle. Close to Victoria Station, and not a horrible commute to Picadilly, a little further away. Apartment was clean and comfortable and looked exactly as shown in photos. Host was responsive and helpful. Address at first was a bit confusing as it wasn’t showing up on Apple Maps, but typing the postal code on Google Maps worked and we were able to locate. Host’s instructions from there were exact and detailed. WiFi was also very strong and reliable which is always helpful + a big tv and comfy couch in the living room. Overall, a very good experience - would recommend

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotlessly clean and everything felt brand new, from the furniture to the kitchen essentials. You can tell it’s been recently renovated with care. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and looked like the photos. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again without hesitation!

Incredible location, very nice house, lovely hosts. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful, there are lots of restaurants nearby, and the shops are only a short walk away. Easily accessible by bus if you don't have a car

The apartment is located in central Manchester , with tram, bus , train station close by. Many restaurants of all kinds near by. The flat is on first floor and the lift was not working. A lady from the shop in ground floor helped us to carry the luggage up. Dominic was very responsive through messaging, though there was an initial confusion about the instructions for getting in. He was also kind enough to let us do an early checkin. The second double bed is on the mezzanine floor above kitchen and the stairs access to that is a little unstable. One has to be careful when climbing up and down. Kitchen has adequate amenities like oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine. and very limited consumables like tea/ coffee powder and some milk.

house was a perfect location for the eithad stadium and only a 10 min uber to arndale shopping centre, the house was lovely and check in was easy, I feel like cleaners need to spend a bit longer making sure everything is to a good standard it wasn't terrible just needed the skirting boards cleaned and some extra dusting but this didn't affect our stay at all we'd definitely stay again

We stayed at an Airbnb in the Greater Manchester area for a concert at Co-op Live, and it was the perfect spot for us! The location was ideal; just a 10-minute walk to the venue, which made getting to and from the concert super easy. The house had plenty of space and beds for all of us, making it really convenient for a group stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was brilliant; really helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

The location was perfect — right in the heart of Manchester — and the interior décor was simply stunning. The apartment was immaculately clean and felt like a true home-from-home. Our host went above and beyond from start to finish, making everything seamless — from the booking process to the warm welcome and local tips. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A truly exceptional stay!

Three of us had a nice weeks stay at the listing. We were working at the etihad stadium which was an easy drive. Asda superstore there too. The house seemed very new and still that fresh feel to it. Plenty of room. Off road parking for one. Garden caught the afternoon soon which was nice to relax in after work. I would defiantly stay again. Thanks!

Brilliant place to stay particularly if you are going to the co-op live. It is a 10 minute walk to the tram station and when coming back from the co-op live you are on the quieter side. Lovely, clean, spacious place!

5* for the price. Exactly as described and Shelly was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It’s a good location in a peaceful area and 30min drive to Heaton Park and the Trafford Centre. It had everything you could need to make the stay comfortable. If we ever plan to visit Manchester again Calm Haven will be our choice of accommodation.

We had a great stay at Leo’s place. He was very helpful before we arrived not just with clear check-in instructions but also with local recommendations and anything we needed to know to make our stay better. The house was perfectly located for us being easily walkable both to the city centre and to the Coop Live arena, but there is also a tram stop very close to the house that can take you anywhere you want to go. The house itself was very comfortable and clean, had all the amenities we required and was exactly as described in the listing. We were very happy with our stay and would 100% stay here again

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

Great place to stay in Manchester. Really spacious flat with comfortable bed and common areas. I’d been staying in hotel for several days, so it was nice to have a washing machine, full kitchen, and even a tub in the bathroom and make myself at home for a few days. The location is really quiet and off the beaten path. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the heart of the Northern Quarter, and more time to other areas of downtown. Lots to see and do in Manchester, but mostly just really enjoyed having a wander around. Had a really good time visiting all the bakeries in neighboring Ancoats! I ended up making this booking on the same day I was checking in and Ryan was really communicative in both accepting and the booking and getting me checkin details quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It is very modern, spotless clean and feels very private and peaceful. very close to the football ground and a short drive to Trafford Centre and other city centre attractions. we would definitely come back and stay again!

The Vault was a perfect base for our 2 week stay visiting family and friends. On arrival there was music playing and the space was warm and cozy, delightful after a long journey. It really set the tone for our stay. The space is stylish, comfortable, peaceful and perfect for resting after a long day of activities. Rob is an excellent host, approachable and responsive. He also provided some unexpected touches that made us feel very welcome. The location is ideal and provided us with the option of leaving the car and using the tram or buses a few steps away. The neighbourhood is delightful to walk around with excellent shopping and dining choices. When the sun shone we took advantage of the garden courtyard to enjoy a home cooked meal amongst the ferns and art. We really enjoyed our stay at the Vault.

Very lovely place and host! Was left clean and had everything you would need and more. Host left cereals, pastries, ice and some frozen foods which was lovely. However, we were unable to connect wifi. Overall, a good stay and a lovely host.

Bob kept in touch from when we made the booking and made our stay pleasant throughout. It was interesting to meet him, and he was happy to share his knowledge of the area. His place is clean, comfortable with beautiful views, spacious, and on top of that, a lovely loaf of homemade bread, fresh milk, and orange juice. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.
