Newly built apartment 2+kk in a quiet part of town with terrace, wifi, parking and lockable bicycle. The property is only a 20-minute walk to the city center. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. On the ground floor of the apartment there is an equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob, coffee maker and dishwasher. Upstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. Near the apartment is a bike path (60m), supermarket (300m), swimming pool (350m) and train station (700m).

There will be an extraordinary, gilded, but also cozy three-room apartment on the fourth floor with an amazing view of the Mikulov chateau and the Holy Hill. If you share a passion for bicycles, come and we will safely store them in the cellar. Parking 7 min walk from the apartment, paid 50 CZK/day. Tourism fee 50 CZK/day + person needs to be paid in cash at check-in.

Můžete si u nás uschovat vlastní kola nebo vám půjčíme naše za poplatek. Máte u nás možnost ochutnat i zakoupit vynikající vína z okolí. Uvítáme vás a poradíme vám se vším co budete potřebovat. The apartment is located on the top floor of the house. This is a separate apartment. It has a large terrace with a hot tub, seating and sun loungers. You'll be amazed by its breathtaking views of Mikulov Castle and the Holy Hill. There is also a lighted hot tub for up to 6 people on the patio. The apartment has two rooms with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a toilet, a bidet and a spacious shower.

There will be an entire cottage, along with an adjacent garden, patio, and wine cellar, where you can sample a bottle from local winemakers. This is a luxury apartment in a new building in Mušlov (the city of Mikulov - 4km) and with an excellent location in the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and only 10 km from Lednice - Valtice area. The closest cities for necessary shopping are Mikulov (4km) or Valtice (10km), or the district town of Břeclav (20km). The price of the stay includes Nespresso coffee and Leros tea.
