Our stay was most enjoyable. The house offers all the amenities for a week-long stay. Thirty minutes from the train station, the walk is pleasant. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and the modernity of the facilities.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the lockbox is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the area and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

The place is very pleasant and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. It feels like home. Jean Luc is a very friendly, caring and accommodating host. We recommend 100%,you won't be disappointed.

Great weekend in Chloe's place, very responsive, the place was clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, the bedding was very comfortable!

We had a great, short stay and it was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, we loved having the pool to cool off in after a days riding. The villa is a short walk from the old town of Annecy with its wonderful bars and restaurants. It's also very convenient for the lake. Our hosts Aimé and Faïza were very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend their place as a base for exploring Annecy and the surrounding region. I'll be back with my family at some point.

I spent 8 wonderful days on vacation in this accommodation with my husband and our little dog, and the experience was really excellent. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our excursions and walks much easier. In addition, the views from the accommodation are simply magnificent, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place with stunning views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

We had an amazing stay at this place that we booked with my spouse to attend the Animation Festival in Annecy. The apartment was really clean, nice and perfectly equipped. The little extra that makes all the difference: the magnificent view from the balcony, a real joy at any time of the day. The two nights spent here were perfect. We highly recommend this Airbnb and will not hesitate to return on a future trip!

Very pleasant and quiet accommodation, very well-equipped kitchen. Very convenient access, parking in front of the accommodation, SAS to drop off very convenient ski equipment. Only downside it was a little cold upon our arrival, it would be nice to ask the guests the arrival time in order to preheat the accommodation a little because the floor was very cold even in a sock at the time of our arrival around 7 p.m. Host Lise is a very responsive person in communication even at 11pm.

We had a truly wonderful time at this perfect chalet during the Christmas holidays and New Year celebrations. It felt like home from the moment we arrived! The kitchen and entire space are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We are so pleased with our experience that we’d love to return in the future. P.S. I would recommend this chalet for visitors with a car, as the ski resorts are about a 20-minute drive away.

I thank Laurent for his great kindness. Our stay was really very pleasant in a beautiful setting. The cottage matches the photos and is very well-equipped. You will find everything you need to cook with all types of accessories and machines as well as a lot of equipment made available to make you feel at home. There are raclette machines and there are fondue machines. All linens are provided as well as towels. Laurent also allows us to come with our animals which is a great plus for this stay. I would totally recommend this place which allows us a total change of scenery. See you soon.

We had a great time at Nadine's with our dog (10 days). The accommodation is ideally located for discovering the area and in a quiet environment, with a superb view. Not overlooked and private outdoor space, like a small green oasis. The space has everything you need. I had a concern because I had read a comment about the water point not being practical, but I thought it was great to have a back kitchen with a large sink. Special mention for the shower: spacious and very nice. The view from the jacuzzi is also remarkable! Note that the weather was very hot but the cottage remained cool which was very nice, especially for our dog. I can't leave this review without talking about Nadine who is a great host! Very welcoming and friendly, responsive when you have a question, great advice for choosing what to do according to our desires, and accommodating on arrivals and departures. I would 100% recommend it!!!!

In the city center, a small gem of an apartment, tastefully and stylishly decorated, it feels like home quickly. A small garden but also a lot of taste and pleasant layout in the kitchen, in the morning while having lunch... Go and sit there, stroll, listen to the sound of the water... and all this a 3-minute walk from all the shops in town. Perfect also for surrounding excursions. Not to mention the Clock Museum to visit on foot of course. Jeanne was very attentive, and responsive in exchanges, thank you for the thoughtful details. We recommend and share this great place.
