Genuinely gorgeous place that felt like home. Probably the most stocked up airbnb I have ever been to as well! I might come back just to stay longer I swear I didn’t wanna get up from this place. A house with character and charm and close to some really nice food joints. Also, the host is SUPER responsive and SUPER kind and patient with a good sense of humor. Make sure to sign the guest book!

Lovely bungalow, with all the listed amenities, and in pristine condition, in a good distance from Houston downtown so a ton to do around including catching a baseball game!

The apartment and bungalow provided the perfect stay for my husband and I and another couple for a 2 night stay for a wedding we attended. We appreciated the care taken to restore the beautiful home and apartment in the historic neighborhood.

Valvert was great, I would definitely stay there again. Place was as described. Beautiful inside and out. Neighborhood is going through re gentrification but it felt safe, as the home was gated. Close access to major highways. I informed him that we were in town for a Metallica concert and he had the TV playing Metallica when we arrived, very nice touch 🤘🏼 Great amenities..

This was very accommodating as far as location. Very convenient to and from the city. As long as you’re ok with one bathroom, this place is great for a stay right outside the city.

We have stayed at dozens of AirBnB properties and this is one of the best. It is large, well appointed and elaborately decorated. Great for a long stay. Very attentive and helpful manager and host. Easy walk to several good restaurants, Italian bakery, ice cream, yoga/pilates studio, etc.

Host was great. Communicated quickly and made the process seamless. This home is close to A LOT of shops and restaurants. It also has a detached fenced area where dogs can play. It is also located in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We felt safe the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend it.

From the moment I booked, Stephanie proved to be a fantastic host. Her communication was incredibly fast and helpful any time I had a question or needed clarification. The home was beautiful warm, inviting, and decorated with great care and thoughtfulness. The style struck the perfect balance between modern and cozy, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. Every detail felt intentional, from the layout of the space to the comfort-focused design. There were thoughtful touches throughout the house that made a big difference, like having Siete chips, popcorn, and waters within a welcome basket in the kitchen and essentials placed strategically in the right spots. Now, the beds incredible. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and I can confidently say these were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you, Stephanie we truly appreciated everything and already can’t wait to return!

Jane is amazing, always responding to everything in less than a minute, the place is more than amazing, clean, beatiful, keyless access, ton of amenities inside. More than 100% recommended place to be.

Mary’s apartment was fabulous - clean and well-appointed. We loved having access to the pool, and the neighborhood was exactly where we wanted to be — a short walk to the renowned Breakfast Klub and one of our favorite beer gardens (Axelrad). As a host, Mary was responsive and flexible. We had a very late arrival but had no problems checking in through the concierge, and Mary was able to accommodate two last-minute requests: a late check-out and then allowing us to book an extra day with her when we missed our flight! Although this listing is pricey, it is quite luxurious and Mary is a fabulous host. If you are able to spring for the cost, you won’t be disappointed at all.

We had an awesome stay here. Reliable parking and secured. Beautiful apartment, wish I could have stayed longer.

One of our favorite parts was the patio, which overlooks the pool and made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The location was also a huge plus—there’s a good taco joint right in the building! Walking distance to NRG. Super convenient and delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay. Would definitely come back.

Randolph is a friendly and accomodating host. The cute and cozy unit had everything needed for short or long stay. I was there for two weeks and while I needed to move closer to my family because of changed circumstances, I was very satisfied with my stay there.

The host was very nice and friendly. I asked many questions and they were very responsive to every question. I appreciate it! The only thing that was unfortunate was that the pool was closed during my stay; however, it wasn’t something the host knew prior to our stay, so it wasn’t something okay.

Excellent stay! I felt right at home and was easily able to work from Yvonne’s place while visiting family in Houston.

Amazing place next to everything!

Jackie & Jill’s home was very comfortable for the week we stayed here. It’s equipped with all the things you’ll need and the surroundings (a little lake, ducks, turtle) is so placid and unexpected. Thank you for the stay!

I stay in Houston for 2.5 weeks every June.... And, this is my SECOND time staying at Brent's. That right there, says it all. I have stayed at five or more AirBNBs within a block of Brent's, and NO COMPARISON. None! And, a walk-in huge shower. Kitchen and bath are recently updated with brand new cabinets and granite countertops. Brent's place feels fresh, and updated. I am already getting ready to book his place when I'm back for my clients Christmas Party. Did it cost more, yes, and worth it! His cleaning crew has, eyeballs. Sounds funny, but what should be clean, is freaking clean. Like air return vents in the bathroom, the part of the fridge shelves that are between the glass shelf and the plastic drawer that is mounted to the bottom of it. Yes. those come off and clip back in, so they can be cleaned. Don't ask why I say these things, but I say them from experience. So, to sum up, book with Bent. Trust me.

Jason place was really nice, very quiet and the bonus if you have a electric vehicle Jason has a charger available to charge your vehicle which was a bonus bonus I didn't have to stop in any weird areas and charge my tesla and stay in one place for 20-30 mins to charge up. the only things I have to say is the projector i couldn't get it to function so I had to watch TV in my room and friend couldn't watch nba or wnba downstairs. if you have any knee issues or back issues their stairs to get to the apartment and stairs to get to your room, it took sometime to get use too but that was my last day. I know this would be a nightmare if I was drinking or even drunk. my brother had knee surgery so he had a tough time getting up and down the stair. I don't recall if this is in the descriptions if it is that (my bad) if not it really needs to be mentioned. The upstairs rooms are next to each other I prefer not to be next to anyone but it it worked. bathrooms are really nice too.

This was a great place to stay, it was clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend. Tope was very responsive and friendly! There is some noise from the train but it’s not too loud and there are ear plugs for that reason. Overall a great experience and we plan to come back soon!
