I asked for more towels, A few minutes later, fresh towels at the door. Plenty of cookware, utensils, cups and dishes. very clean.

Miguel was great! I had a small issue with the lock and he answered the phone when I called, and the followed up with a text! Great stay! Beautiful space!

The place was just like the photos and had very spacious bedrooms. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the highway for easy access. Restaurants are at a walkable distance if you would like to walk for twenty minutes or take the metro (walkable distance away) The host was super helpful. The property felt very safe and secure.

Super wonderful place on a quiet side street. Right by the highway but didn’t notice really any noise and it was super easy to get around. Has a designated parking spot! So nice! Unit itself was super cute and very very clean! Would 100% stay here again!

This place was absolutely amazing! The pictures don’t even compare to how amazing this place looks in person! Super homey, comfy, and local to everything! 10/10 recommend anyone coming to the area to stay here! Thank you to the host for doing an amazing job!

Mayras place was great me and my two boys felt very comfortable there. The only thing that was missing was a Bedeoom TV because we weee there for a week we did spend a lot of time in the home, luckily I brought a book to read but had to borrow a tv for one of the bedrooms for my son. Other than that the place was amazing lots of stores around the area and restaurants felt like a safe neighborhood to walk in also. The place was also very clean

What a real stay away from home would feel like . A immaculate condo , with everything and some in the home . From the responses and recommendation to the scenery and the amazing events . Would definitely stay again .

I had a great 3 night stay! The host was super polite since I had to book last minute in the evening. She was so helpful and responsive. The space was beautiful! Loved all the artwork, it was clean, bed was amazingly comfortable, so close to everything. It was a great stay! 10/10

Jackie & Jill’s home was very comfortable for the week we stayed here. It’s equipped with all the things you’ll need and the surroundings (a little lake, ducks, turtle) is so placid and unexpected. Thank you for the stay!

This was the first host I've ever had that told me not to worry about stripping the beds or taking out the trash. I had already did the towel thing and was just following protocol when I noticed it wasn't listed on the check-out instructions. So, I texted her to ask where to put them the next day when we checked out. Her response, "Don't worry about it! You're there to enjoy your stay. I'll take care of it." But what took the cake?! She had a bin of Folger's coffee in the freezer! I don't even drink coffee but on behalf of all the coffee drinking travelers I know? It was a big deal because it was such a small detail that could really make a difference in someone's life. I told her, that coffee just took my review up to 6 stars! 🌟 ⭐ 💫 🌟 ⭐ 💫

Kobe is a wonderful host and always responded quickly. The home is as pictured and very large for a 1 bedroom condo. We found things in working order and clean upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and the desk and dining room tables were good sized with comfortable seating. I found the style of the furniture very nice. The home is located just a few minutes from MD Anderson, in a gated community, and there were what appeared to be security driving around on golf carts. The gates were never broken for the 30 plus days we stayed there. It felt safe. Views from the windows and balcony are nice with a massive oaks tree to look at and watch the squirrels play. The only 2 negatives I would say (but would not keep us from staying here again) is that the building has had some foundation issues and there are cracks in the walls and ceilings which surprised us and although the couch is beautiful, it is time for it to repaired (not replaced), as some springs are easily felt when sitting on it.

Greg's place was perfect for a weekend family getaway! My boyfriend and myself were visiting family in Houston for the first time, and this place was perfect for accommodating us with two dogs (a Doberman mix and chihuahua). The location was near great local restaurants, cafes, and boba shops. The place was clean with fresh bedding and towels. Kitchen stocked with cups, dishes and cutlery! Spacious fridge with a freezer. All that we needed. I must also mention there was a reserved parking spot for our stay, so we never worried about walking too far to the condo or parking outside of the complex. That was so nice! And considering the affordable price we paid for 3 days as dental students, with all that is included? This airbnb is THE place to stay. Greg, you go above and beyond for your guests. With your attentive responses to messages when we need you for help or anything for that matter--you are amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.

the place is beautiful with lots of amenities and a lovely park very close by, Kim was very friendly and helpful with all my questions hope to stay again sometime overall an excellent experience staying at this home!

Enjoyed a great stay at Phi's AirBb. Clean, peaceful and in a great location. The place had all the amenities I look for ....had to extend my booking a day and Phi made it easy. 5 Star host, 5 Star place...definitely recommend!!

It's perfect place to stay for family. Dont let the outside fools you, this place is pretty nice, well cleaning, close to everything if you come to Houston for Asian foods. The host responses really fast, all you do is following their guide for check in and out. Will come back again for sure!

Very good space! Complete and comfortable. The condominium is old and a little deteriorated, but the apartment is impeccable and corresponding to the listing. We had a great service and stay. Good access to the NRG Complex, 15 minutes walking to NRG Stadium.
