Andrea was a wonderful host! The suite was a great place to stay and we had a great time. Andrea was always there to accommodate any requests we had and was very communicative the whole time. I would recommend this listing to others as well!

Travis‘s place was centrally located in Park slope, and a very quick walk to the subway station. We loved the area. The rooms were spacious, sparkling clean, and well stocked. Travis was attentive and communicated quickly. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

Clean, comfy, and convenient walk to the 2 train to go basically anywhere you may need to, although depending on where you’re going could take anywhere from 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Vincent was very responsive and helpful even before i booked. My husband and i ended up meeting him and having a good conversation as well.

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

If you need space this is your place! So much room and fully equipped! Loved that the half bathroom was downstairs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around. Beds were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali and Patrick’s Airbnb in Jersey City! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. Their local recommendations were spot on and really helped us make the most of our trip. The place itself was beautiful—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and cookware we could ask for. Whether it was relaxing indoors or heading out to explore, everything was convenient and easy. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. Thanks again, Ali and Patrick!

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

From booking to checkout Micaela’s AirBnB was awesome. Micaela was very responsive & accommodating to our needs. She was flexible & a great host. This might have been our favorite rental in our 11 trips to NJ. Very cozy. Loved everything. 5 star. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near New York City. Comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with a well furnished kitchen and there were even games for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbor filled with sailboats from the park next door and my kids loved the playground too!

Fabulous getaway, beautiful surroundings, hard to believe we were just a few minutes from highways and downtown and civilization! Responsive host, many amenities -- pool, bbq, outdoor dining, waterfall, river view, soaking tub, sun loungers, spacious kitchen, dreamy sofa.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Apartment was extremely comfortable, well laid out and lots of great amenities, like kitchen accessories, pool, and comfy beds. Very clean too! Haithum was a great communicator and super responsive. Perfect place for us to get to multiple points on the island.

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

Great stay in the heart of Hoboken, very reasonably priced compared to most listings in the area

Outstanding location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Midtown, and made the most of being able to walk everywhere! The place is extremely compact, as described in the listing, but we managed to squeeze our family in with the bunk beds and clever use of space. It is a challenge without natural light or a window with an outlook, but if you are using this pad to simply rest and sleep then it's perfect. The small kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast and snacks, etc and the table in the small kitchen area folds out to seat 3-4 people. The host was very well organised and responsive, and friendly, with excellent local tips and kindly assisted when I locked my keys in the apartment. We also appreciated the late check-in option due to flight schedules. I'd certainly recommend if you want a good value-for-money place in NYC with an excellent central location and reliable host.

Amazing spot - great location, comfy bed, very functional and well-designed space, and even has its own private outdoor patio. Rob was an excellent host. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in NYC.

Victor’s place is very comfortable, it has everything that a traveler would require. Victor was very flexible with our booking, as we shortened our trip last minute. He also accommodated our requests for check in and checkout. This kind of hospitality is rare and highly recommend his spot. The space is clean, and has all the amenities needed. Definitely going to book this spot if available next time in NYC..

If available and you want real-feel NYC life, this is your spot! We covered everywhere in Manhattan during our stay and this location was tip-top, no question. We wanted something near the West Village and Ana's spot was lights out great. Wow, so much to do it's endless. The space is perfect for two people and the air conditioning was excellent during the warm/humid days we stayed. The place was like a sweet oasis from the heat and people. The shower is very hard to learn and it's quite low flow. Worth mentioning so you don't think it's only you struggling to pin down. Full sized fridge was great with plenty of kitchen items to get you going if needed, but with all the food options in the area, unsure why you're inside cooking. :) Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family of four had an amazing time at Ann’s home; I am quite picky about cleanliness and everything was pristine… yet cosy. The decor, linens, dishware, etc. was all very lovely and not cookie-cutter. In terms of location: 1/2 block from Tompkins Square park: my husband and I jogged around the park daily while our son skated in the skate park portion. As an added bonus: the restaurant recs included in the guest manual were SPOT on. Had an amazing Tuscan dinner at one of the recommended restaurants on our last night.
