Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Midtown Atlanta

The place is perfectly located just as the host described. It was clean and all the instructions were clearly outlined to make the space easy to use. I had to get urgent assistance from the host because the courier left an important package in her locked mailbox and she was extremely accommodating.

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! This cozy, welcoming tiny house is full of charm and character. The spacious back porch is perfect for enjoying Atlanta’s beautiful mornings and relaxing evenings. The location is fantastic—just a short, easy walk to the Beltline and a variety of great restaurants. Lovely location right around Freedom Park, super close to one of my favorite spots in town Manuel’s! I frequent Atlanta often, and this Airbnb is PERFECT for a quick girls weekend or two couples! Super eclectic, the entire space in tastefully decorated and my friend and I loved the private courtyard in the back. Amenities were lovely with lots of coffee, sugars and cream on hand, a few spices, and even a Britta in the fridge and ice molds (full!) in the freezer. And the beds were very comfortable too, another added plus! I’m normally a fan of staying primarily in Cabbagetown when I visit, but I am very excited to come stay in this neighborhood and in this Airbnb again in the future.

Our recent stay at this incredible Airbnb in Atlanta was absolutely perfect for our wedding festivities! We booked it to host both the bridal party and our wonderful friends celebrating Pride, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how welcoming and beautifully appointed the space was. The layout was ideal for a group, offering plenty of comfortable common areas for us to gather, laugh, and make unforgettable memories, while also providing cozy private spaces for everyone to relax. The thoughtful touches throughout the home, from the ample amenities to the stylish decor, truly made us feel at home and pampered. The location in Atlanta was fantastic, making it easy for us to get to all our wedding events and also explore the vibrant city, especially enjoying the Pride celebrations. We are so incredibly grateful for the hospitality and the impeccable condition of the property. It truly provided the perfect backdrop for such a special time.

Jaya's place is even nicer in person than in the pictures! 3 of us stayed and had a small handful of work colleagues over some of the evenings and it was perfect. The house is large and open and has a beautiful deck and garden for a great indoor/outdoor experience. Also very conveniently located and walkable. Would absolutely stay again when I'm visiting ATL for work!

Our son stayed there to go to his college which is close here. It was a safe place and he enjoyed his college life. There was just one problem that the heater didn’t work, but it was resolved quickly.

Great stay will rebook every time I’m in Atlanta

This is great little studio in a fantastic complex and location. We particularly loved being able to walk to get our meals. The building’s shared spaces including the pool, lounge, and library/mailroom are all awesome. Staying here was not just cheaper than staying in a hotel but the location was better and we got a full kitchen. We only cooked a couple of meals but just for those it was worth it. Really appreciated having basic cooking items (oils & spices, etc) available too.

Andrew and Phoebe's place was perfect for our short stay in Atlanta. Located on a quiet street with a picturesque backyard, the apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. Super clean, comfortable bed, and luxurious bathroom. The hosts were very responsive, even when we needed a little assistance with the keypad at check in. The only drawback was that there didn't seem to be much of a sound barrier between the unit below us, and the sound of young kids playing loudly woke us up both mornings. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.

Great location. Secure parking. Enjoyed our stay! No issues.

Very Clean & Cozy Space That We’d Definitely Stay In Again !

We loved our stay at Jim & David's! The location is amazing and the studio itself was clean and well-organized. The walls are a little thin between units but earplugs at night helped with that. Well worth the price.

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

I had a wonderful stay with Thomas in this wonderful Airbnb. Thomas was an incredibly friendly host and made efforts to make sure I was having a pleasant stay, truly felt the southern hospitality. The Airbnb itself is a comfy condo and feels like home. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay here again.

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊
