Great accommodation, well appointed to good hotel standard with a mixture of antique and modern furniture, really looks and feels like a great family home. 3 good double bedrooms, 1 single, 2,5 bathrooms including en suite shower room and bathroom also with shower, well appointed with stone floors and tiling. Small garden to rear with table and chairs.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
