Monthly Rentals in Middlewich

A fantastic stay — the property was spotless, in a perfect location and truly ideal for our needs. Everything was exactly as described, making for a smooth and comfortable experience. Would highly recommend and happily return!

We stayed for a month, and it was perfect. Plenty of space to make ourselves at home, but with enough homely touches (including one of the most impressive book collections I've seen) to not feel like we were living in an empty shell. The location is okay; the lovely sound of birds at the back makes up for the sound of cars at the front. Close enough to walk to a supermarket and there is a beautiful park nearby. Didn't need much more than that. A couple of issues that arose with the house, nothing major, but Nick (and his mum) was super responsive and helpful. All in all, great stay.

Lovely house to stay in, we felt very comfortable there and everything was clean and tidy. The little patio area was a nice place to sit to catch the last bit of sun.

Louise was a great host. Unfortunately, we arrived later than we’d hoped on the first day due to unforeseen circumstances, but this wasn’t a problem due to the self-check-in system and clear instructions that were left. The main problem with that was that it meant that we had less time spent in such a lovely accommodation. We had an issue with the hot water initially, but Louise quickly sorted it. It was such a comfortable place to stay for the bank holiday weekend, with such beautiful surroundings (despite the awful weather!) To top off our stay, Louise showed care and consideration for us through messages, and even allowed a flexible check out, due to a turbulent return journey from the Liverpool Parade the night before. Thanks Louise for a great stay at Newfields Annex. Will definitely bear in mind if we are in the area again.
