House vacation rentals in Middletown

Just a perfect place to gather. We were two families with small children and this house was PERFECT! There were great toys, an outdoor play structure, pack n play, and so much more. There were so many little touches that elevated the experience like fire starters, single packet sunscreen, coffee station, and tons of blankets. Highly recommend for families

We really enjoyed our extended Thanksgiving weekend at Shay’s. The house configuration was perfect for sharing family time and hosting friends for dinner one night. Also really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and down to the beach. The weather (understandably for the time Of year) didn’t permit using the back yard or front little porch but we can see they are both great places to enjoy. Thank you Shay!

The airbnb was perfect for our family of four. John and Shannon stocked it with essentials like water, coffee, and a few nice surprises in the freezer. We enjoyed a day at the beach with their beach chairs and towels. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to return next year.

Nice clean home with good amenities! Centrally located. Very responsive host. We spent most of our trip in the house and were very happy with it. The outdoor space could use a clean-up (the grill was a bit rusted but we used it with tin foil and the chairs and awning weren’t in great shape). The kitchen was very well-stocked. Everything was clean. Would certainly stay here again.

We had the best time the house is always amazing. We’ve stayed there before the yard is wonderful to play games with all your family. If you’re looking for a beautiful Airbnb close to downtown Newport, look no further! This is an amazing home about 10 minutes from the wharf area. My family of 6 stayed for 4 nights and had the best time! The house was perfect! Spacious, comfortable, pristine, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous yard and pool, comfortable beds and linens! The host, Za, provided very clear instructions regarding check in and check out. We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve stayed at! Will definitely come back!!!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Adrienne’s place was great! The accommodations were as described. We really loved the serenity of the environment and how private it was. This place is aptly named “Natures Nook” and we loved walking the property and feeling immersed with nature even when inside. There were so many outdoor activities available to us. Although we didn’t get to take advantage of it all, would definitely book again if we are in the area!

Amy's place is spacious, with lots of different spaces to hang out and relax--from the pool to living room, sitting area, basement, game room, and nice outdoor space. The neighborhood was quiet and great for little kids, and Amy made sure to leave little touches for us when we arrived. Biggest downside were the beds, but if you like a softer/plusher mattress then even that would be great.

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It was exactly as described in the listing—spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a four-bedroom house. Our group of seven had everything we needed, from linens and towels to plenty of plates, cups, and ample space. The outdoor area was especially enjoyable. It featured a spacious composite deck with comfortable furniture (including cushions), a fire pit, and a BBQ—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for walks, and just two blocks from Pebble Beach, a great spot to enjoy the waterfront. Though our visit was more for business than vacation, the location was incredibly convenient. It was only a 15-minute drive to the Naval Base for work commitments, with downtown Newport and the famous Cliff Walk equally accessible. I highly recommend this home and its wonderful host to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in the Middletown/Newport area.

The house was perfect. Two of my siblings stayed with me for a wedding in Newport. The house was perfect for us. Great location - close to the wedding party in town and the polo field. Wish I could have stayed longer as we passed a bunch of wineries that looked good also. Kim was very responsive and helpful wih any of our questions.

We had a wonderful stay, it was pristine throughout, with stylish seaside themed fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings. It truly felt like home from home, spacious enough for six adults. The table football was an extra big hit as we spent quite a lot of time in the house due to the not so favourable weather! There was a lovely organic grocery shop 5 minutes drive There were lots of great restaurants inNewport. Our host, Case was very receptive to any queries raised and happy to recommend places to visit.

Jeoffrey’s home was amazing for my friends’ and I’s wedding weekend. The location is excellent and the home is accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! The home was very clean and very spacious. We were visiting for a family wedding in Newport/Jamestown and this home was perfect! So close to Newport where we enjoyed the sites and restaurants. And Middletown had great amenities like Shaw's grocery store and a bagel shop. The kitchen was perfect for making meals. Breakfasts and coffee in the mornings were wonderful on the back porch right off the kitchen. It was very serene. We also cooked burgers the night we arrived on the Weber grill on the back porch. We played games one night in the living room. This weekend was full of family time and wedding celebrations. And this home made it all that more special. If we are in the Newport area again we would definitely stay here again.

Very cute, comfortable, and clean cottage right on the water. Easy to find with multiple food spots in walking distance. Albert was very communicative and we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting the area!

We were 4 couples visiting for a Newport wedding. Jessica’s place was perfect, as all 4 bedrooms were en-suite, which is rare to find. Jessica was also very responsive. The house is nicely appointed and looks just like the photos.

We had a weekend wedding in Newport & decided to extend for a family vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. It was a quick walk to beach, some restaurants & the cliff walk. Cheery place & Nice neighborhood. Rooms were very spacious. Yard & deck were a bonus. Allowing us to bring our dog was a huge help & added to the joy of our family time together. Overall, it was a great place for us to hang together & take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Sarah was extremely responsive & timely and a pleasure to work with.
