Townhome vacation rentals in Middlesex County

This was our first stay at Penny's place as our youngest has recently relocated to Jamaica Plain. The rooms exactly as described, but better! Penny has thought of every little detail to make a stay wonderful. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in and the sheets were lovely soft cotton. There was a kettle and loads of choices for hot beverages in the room and the amount of daylight that comes into the space is amazing. The location of the house is perfect for anything you might want to do in Boston as the 39 bus departs from the bottom of the street; ideal for connecting with the Logan Express bus at Back Bay and allowing for a nice walk through The Fens if you want to go to the ballpark. We explored a few coffee spots and restaurants but will find more next time. You can walk everywhere!

We were in the Boston area for a graduation, so having a nice place to stay, close to where we needed to be, was perfect. We were able to check in early which was super helpful! Overall, it was just what we needed for our trip and would stay there again!

We felt at home here. The location was great with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Michele was so helpful and answered any questions we had.

Howard was the perfect host and made sure we were comfortable during our stay, it truly felt like a home away from home. We really appreciated the flexibility with our check-in time since we flew into Boston early in the morning. You'll be minutes away from all the North End has to offer (which is a lot!) and about 10 minute from public transportation. Back Bay and Beacon Hill are also reasonable walking distances away if you enjoy traveling on foot. The massage chair was a game changer after a long day exploring the city. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing house for a family. Each floor has its own space— a bedroom and bathroom. They even left Boston Red Sox hats for us! It was perfect for Boston marathon weekend and would visit again. My niece and nephew (ages 4 and 5) loved the twin bed room!

Fabulous place. Clean, quiet, stylish, and well set-up. Awesome gas stove, new washer and dryer for your own use in your own basement, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, all makes for nice division of space. Great location: around the corner from a supermarket, two blocks from a bus stop to go to Harvard yard in less than 10 minutes. Johnny has all the details covered and provides an easy to use orientation sheet with all pertinent info: wifi set-up, recycling, etc. Leave your iron at home--the place has a great one.

We had a wonderful stay in Christine’s place in Groton. The apartment is very comfortable, lots of light and beautiful. The kitchen is stocked and the bathroom is great. Cozy little TV den. Upstairs large bedroom was great; and upstairs bedroom for our son was comfy, too. The gardens/lawn were beautiful and the house is walkable to Main St in Groton. Great communication and Christine was very accommodating with checkin and departure time. We would definitely return to her lovely home.

Camille’s place was perfect for a group of myself and three friends as a base to explore boston and further afield. The house was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet neighbourhood but had good access to the red line to get into boston. Theres also a small number of nice coffee and drink /food spots just down the road which suited us perfectly. It was exactly what we were looking for and would recommend for anyone who doesn t mind not staying in downtown. Thanks

Angel is very accommodating to my parents who are visiting the US. She ensured a smooth check in for them, and gave them many advice on places to visit around Boston. I highly recommend her place.

We stayed at Anda's place for our daughter's graduation. We did not spend much time there as we were busy with activities but overall it was a great experience and stay. We managed to find parking on the street both nights and the parking pass was a great touch! The place was very clean, totally updated and the shower was incredible! We would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our time at Ken and Amy’s house. The new house is beautiful and accommodated our family so well. They thought of everything when they built this house and the furnishings are perfect for a family stay. We were all so comfortable. The design of the house is so open and spacious! The kitchen is so well equipped. Our family highly recommends staying here if you want to feel like you’re at home!

Location is amazing. Quiet family neighborhood that is a quick walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. Spacious 2 floor apartment with 2 outdoor spaces as well. The hosts are super communicative. Like many AirBnB’s, the amenities can use a little t&c or upgrade. That noted, highly recommend.

The house was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed was easy to find. Izabela was very responsive to any questions I had and we were so happy with our stay.

This was an absolutely amazing place to be. My family and I stayed here and were in in awe of how well kept it was. Emily was also extremely helpful and welcoming even though we didn’t get a chance to see each other in person. Lovely neighborhood and truly a gem in Melrose, MA.

Visited with friends for a long weekend and this place did not disappoint. Great location to downtown Boston and some of Chelsea’s highlights as well. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Book here, you can’t go wrong.
