Felt like being at home!

The house was very clean and organized. Additional seating in the living room would be nice and kings beds instead of queen size beds would be better. They left snacks and bottle water for us to have which was appreciated, but we found open gallons of beverages and open food packages in the refrigerator. We also questioned the sign in the kitchen stating no cooking allowed. Honestly, that’s why we stay at Airbnb’s Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Staying at Marylin’s felt like visiting a relative (one you actually like). She made us feel like family. The home and garden are beautiful, the area is peaceful and idyllic, and the accommodations were better than described. Marylin is warm, gracious, and full of wonderful stories. We usually keep to ourselves and this was our first time sharing a space, but she made it feel easy and natural. She was never intrusive, always respectful of our privacy, yet a joy to talk with. Where else can you cover art, computer programming, literature, and gardening over coffee? She served breakfast daily and provided excellent tips on where to explore. The location is ideal, with Wellesley College, the town center, and a scenic trail along Morse Lake all within walking distance. And then there is Lily, the sweetest little puppy. Playing fetch with her was pure joy. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy. Marylin is a treasure. A bad review of her would say more about the guest than the host.

The place was great for a family of four. We came for a college graduation and there was plenty of room of everyone to comfortable be in the home. The pictures were good but the home looks better in person. Each bedroom had phone chargers, there were games to play in the family room, steamers for your clothing. We didn't get to really use the back deck but was a nice set up and we were told if we wanted to use the grill just let them know and propane would be dropped off. Plenty of parking. I could go on and in. Shops within walking distance and supermarkets not too far away. Our family would definitely stay again if in the area.

Let me start with this: THESE HOSTS MAKE THEIR OWN MAPLE SYRUP. As if that weren’t enough, they were warm and welcoming, making me comfortable in their home from moment one. The space was cozy and exactly what I needed—and walking distance from beautiful wooded conservation land. And Deborah’s breakfast—and conversation—were truly a delicious, sweet, and savory way to start the day. I hope to be back!

Relaxing, restful, quiet. Bautiful lake / yard view from both our rooms. Water birds. Carol was nice, a good hostess.

A great place to stay and within reach of many key places we needed to visit. Clean, welcoming and very family friendly. Would not bat an eyelid recommending!

Big comfortable bed was waiting after your trips round Boston. There was everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Simone was especially helpful with arranging parking for my hire car. Would definitely recommend.

Lavette put a lot of care into making sure her place was very welcoming and thought of lots of little things many bnb hosts do not. Neighborhood was quiet and the bed was as comfy. The kitchen had the basics like oil/spices/cookware which was nice. The towel warmer felt especially luxurious! As others mention, make sure you read the additional rules as there are a handful in addition to the bnb regulars you expect. If you are bringing a guest they will need to make an airbnb account and verify their identity if they have not already, which is not something we’ve been asked in the past, just as a heads up. Overall a lovely place to stay

I'm beyond impressed with Mary's apartment! This is my second time staying here, and I'm already planning my next visit. Mary is an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you may need, and then some! I'm talking top-notch amenities, thoughtful touches, and a level of hospitality that's hard to find. The fact that she even ordered my favorite coffee before I arrived is just wow! The backyard is a serene oasis, complete with beautiful trees, birds, adorable bunnies, and playful squirrels. Sipping coffee on the deck each morning was the perfect way to start the day. Mary's attention to detail and warm hospitality make this place feel like home. If you're looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay with an amazing host, look no further. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could !!!!!

It’s always great staying at Nicholas place. Very comfortable and convenient location. Hoping to return later this spring.

David & Jenny’s place was exactly as described. We felt welcomed there and their communication was top notch! We had an enjoyable stay and recommend them as hosts!

I used to live in the Boston area, and know what neighborhoods work well when I come back to visit. Watertown is one of them, with the 71 bus to Harvard Square, express bus to downtown Boston, and very nice surroundings reachable by bicycle (Blue Bikes) : Watertown, Belmont, Newton etc. --- so Patrick's location is great. The BnB itself works seamlessly, with Patrick upstairs and two other guests on the ground floor with me. A cleaner comes to tidy. All is provided. Patrick is always reachable. Arrival is easy with a code. Overall, exactly like a B and B is expected to work. Patrick also has full apartment available on the top floor that I would love to use when coming with others.

Exactly as described; this is the 2nd time we've stayed here and would stay again. Good location, parking is easy, there's a workspace, wifi is solid, it's quiet, bed is good, shower is good, it's exactly what I'm looking for in an AirBnB. Though I keep forgetting to take advantage of the hot tub! Plus, hosts are fast responders. No complaints!

We had a wonderful stay at Robin's place... like home away from home. Very comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen for those who love to cook. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with all essential and then some! You'll love this place! Thanks so much Robin! I'm sure we'll be back!!

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

Grace the owner was very nice. The house was magnificent if you appreciate Victorian architecture. But the first night our room was very hot and it seemed like there was no air conditioning. Other wise, it was perfect!

Peter was so warm & went the extra mile - gave me lovely coffee & toast, butter and jam for breakfast - which was very welcome and comforting.

Melissa was helpful and proactive. The rocking boat helped put me to sleep!

I haven't written an airbnb review in ages, but Joan's place is really special. Great quiet neighborhood a short walk to the train. This space is sublime: an attic with skylights and balcony, shelves of books and comfy couches. Really human. If you must have a kitchen or desk space I'd look elsewhere, but otherwise I want a place like this everywhere I go.

I enjoyed my stay at Natalie’s place. Not only is she a nice host, she is extremely responsive. The self check in made it easy to get in. I saw Natalie on my way out. She graciously offered me breakfast. Sadly I declined because I was in a rush to get to an appointment. I recommend her place!
