Incredible location right next to the slipway in a beautiful seaside village. Everything we needed was catered for and the accommodation is well laid out and spotlessly clean. The host was extremely personable and helpful. This is a well deserved 5 star review!

Had a wonderful stay at David and Anne’s home. The house was very comfortable especially the beds. It was also very clean and beautifully furnished. They also provided very clear instructions and there was everything you need for a relaxing break. Also well situated for the town and to explore surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house, very well decorated and furnished. The house was better then expected and the photos. It was a perfect house for the 8 of us (4 couples) as everyone had a great sized bedroom. Garden was much bigger than we thought and great for our dogs, as it was enclosed. We also liked to large field just round the corner for a longer walk. Short walking distance to Norton village, which was a great place to go out for a meal and drinks.

Great property and location for a nice quiet stay by the coast. Very close to lots of tourist locations. Very spacious property with a fantastic garden which is ideal if you have a dog.

Any less than 5* or a-maz-ing would be doing Jane and Crabapple Cottage a disservice. The neighbours were fabulous too. We had everything we could possibly want in the cottage and looong garden, and more, including the trampoline 😄 Jane was super responsive to questions I raised even when she was out with a friend and immediately set to finding a solution to our mini problem. Settees and bed were very comfortable and our dog was immediately relaxed in the property which was also really important to us. So many places to visit nearby and lots to do, we could have spent way more time there.

Lovely place and was clean+smelt nice upon entering, hosts were fast at replying and attended to all questions asked. The stairs are a little crazy and definitely different but made staying there funnier - only thing I would say that was a negative about the whole thing was the wobbly stair railing but besides from that a nice quiet area with a cosy hot tub. Thanks guys!

Can I just say : Thank you for the lovely stay in this cute cottage . Great for two and the pooch ! Loved the layout , and how clean it was- lush bedding and towels . Thank you for the lovely eggs, butter , lush cookies and homemade bread . Definitely one of the best Airbnbs . Great base for exploring the dales!!

Had a great stay at the cozy caravan. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated and had good pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped, in addition to the usual there was an Airfryer, slow cooker and blender as well as a full sized fridge/freezer, comfy bed and great TV. Would definitely return when working in the area, it was a real home from home, loved it.

We loved staying at Lisa's caravan. It was perfect and had everything we needed. It really was a home from home. Lisa was so friendly, leaving some lovely surprises for us and the kids. 100% recommended. Thank you, Lisa!

We had an enjoyable couple of nights away. Lovely, homely, clean caravan. No WiFi so had the teenagers playing board games! Didn't realise we had to get entertainment passes to go into the restaurant and these are quite expensive if you're only staying a couple of nights....at least we know for next time. The beach was a short walk away and was fairly quiet...ahhh, peace. Would highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay with owners that really care about what they do. The pool and hot tub is well kept and clean and although communal we still managed to get it to ourselves on one occasion which was nice. Lovely cottage - thanks to the owners as well for being around when needed.

We had such a great weekend at the cottage. Tony the host was so helpful and pleasant. This place is excellent to stay with family or to organise little parties such as birthdays. Swimming pool area was so clean and well maintained. We had our cottage rented with hot tube next to our doorstep. There is not enough words to describe how beautiful this place is. Would recommended to everyone. Thank you so much for everything Tony and we will defenetely back few more times this year.

Just got back today from a 3 night stay at Roy’s caravan. Absolutely stunning inside and out. The caravan was immaculate and all the little extras just made our mini holiday. Beautiful location right on the beach front and the views were spectacular short walk to the beautiful beach. We were blessed with fantastic weather so we could relax on the balcony overlooking the sea can’t wait to return 😊

Iv stayed in many caravans and is bar far the best Iv ever been in! So roomy, comfier than usual beds for caravans/lodges. Had sky glass tv with all channels, apps and WiFi! Kitchen had everything needed and more. David is an excellent 5* host fast replies, clear instructions on passcodes for check in and sky and WiFi, and how to find the caravan and instructions how to work the boiler for heating! Book with David you will not be disappointed the views are a added bonus ❤️

Beautiful house and garden, perfect for a family get together including young children, loved the hot tub and loads of room for the kids to play, close enough to things to do but in an amazing peaceful place. Kitchen was stand out and had everything you could need. we would definitely stay again. Julian was accommodating and responded very quickly.

Ollie was very friendly, his botanical gardens were incredible. The location is perfect, easy parking and close to the Yarm high street, only a minute walk. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the weather may not have been great but that made relaxing in this beautiful space even more cozy, made it hard to leave! The electric fire is a great addition for night time and it was very clean and comfortable in the caravan. Lovely walking on the beach with it so close, we went to Saltburn for day trips as it is nicer than Redcar 🤝 Would thoroughly recommend!

We loved staying in this cosy terraced cottage a few steps from the shops and superb restaurants on Yarm high street, and from the glorious Tees river walk. It was a very convenient place from which to visit my Dad and explore the area. This is a comfortable home in an historic building with small rooms and characterful features including slightly uneven floorboards and steep stairs, which were a breeze for me, my husband, 12 and 14 year olds, but might be less convenient for someone with mobility issues. The house has been beautifully decorated to maximise the space and light. Everything worked and it was spotlessly clean with a lovely functional little kitchen and great bathroom with plenty of hot water and space. We parked outside at night / on the Sunday, and found one of the suggested car parks just a minutes' walk down the road for the other daytimes. Overall it was a lovely stay and we hope to return next time we visit my Dad because it is such a great property.

The cottage was as described and Jennifer was really helpful and advised that some work was going on next door, so we weren’t surprised by scaffolding and builders. A very generous welcome package awaited us and we were really grateful for the tea and cake! Cottage was small but perfect for our needs. Also well equipped for the few days we spent there. I’d recommend this for those who are mobile (the stairs are spiral and you need to be careful) and travel light. The location is perfect for all the town’s amenities, pubs and restaurants within easy walking and located perfectly for days out on the beautiful Yorkshire Moors and further afield.

John & Tricia were extremely helpful hosts. Their place is perfect for exploring the north Yorkshire moors and eastern coastline. We had the most wonderful stay. They were very generous with both their time and welcome gifts. We hope to be back.

The apartment was really convenient, spacious, clean and had absolutely everything we needed. An easy walk into town/to the station and felt really safe and secure. Really great value for money too. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous house, so cosy, perfect location to stroll out on to the local high street, which has some lovely cafe's , a pub, gift shop , fish & chip shop, brilliant butchers and more just less than a 2minute walk away so perfect for that self catering stay.

Such a magical place for anyone that needs to remove themselves from daily life. It felt like stepping back 200 years, but with the amenities of home; peaceful, clean, comfortable and a fabulous place to stay!
