Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark and can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. access to property does have a steep driveway but the view is worth it. Ryan and Megan were amazing hosts! We had a last minute change of plans and they were incredibly understanding, helpful and very responsive. Their place was very tidy and had all the amenities. Very smooth and easy check in. Would highly recommend and happily stay again!

I had a lovely couple of night’s at Olivia’s place while in Dunedin for work. It was an easy drive to the city - probably walkable in nice weather! Supermarket and cafes/restaurants are close. The studio is super clean and tidy and the bed very, very comfy!

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay!!! The entire house was so tastefully decorated, especially the kitchen! The house was set in beautiful peaceful gardens and only a short walk to town. It was a cold day when we arrived and our host had lit the fire for us and had left plenty of firewood at the back door for us to use. We remained lovely and warm for the length of our stay. Everything about our stay in this beautiful home was perfect.

Outstanding place to stay. Lack of a sink or stove was not a problem for our short stay as we used the microwave for our breakfast and Jean did our dishes. Jean and Bernie were excellent hosts and we can thoroughly recommend it. Our nephew stayed here a couple of months ago and was similarly impressed.
