Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Middle Smithfield Township

My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

Such a perfect getaway spot. The house was super clean and felt like home. We took advantage of the fire pit and the grill, the hot tub was a great addition! Definitely will be coming back!

From the moment you start communicating with Vera she lets you know you’re in great hands. She wants your stay to be the best possible. I highly recommend you spend few minutes reading about Vera and her family history. Only then you’ll understand Cozy House was decorated with love, with family in mind. The location couldn’t be better, safe, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, within minutes from all the amenities and lakes. My family and I enjoyed every moment and created lasting memories together!

Nazy’s home was very charming and decorated beautifully in service of the old house’s character! I appreciated the quality linens, great coffee/coffee maker, and nice toiletries. The front porch was really enjoyable on the crisp spring mornings with a cup of coffee. The window ACs weren’t set up yet for the season in the bedrooms, but luckily the whole house fan was sufficient to keep the house cool.

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

A cozy and inviting home. The home is very clean. The bathrooms are spotless! We were up to do some hiking and it was located in a great location. There are many fun things to do at the house and we even saw deer close to the backyard. Would definitely stay here again during another visit to the area.

This was my second stay at Rob’s place, and once again it was a great experience. The house, tucked away in the Green Ridge area of Scranton, is quiet, charming, and full of character. It has that cozy, old-home feel that’s both welcoming and comfortable. Rob is a very attentive host—quick to respond and clearly thoughtful about making sure everything goes smoothly. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

A nice spot just outside of Jim Thorpe and the perfect spot to set up a trip to go to Jim Thorpe

They were not kidding when they named this bambis haven because we were able to get up close and personal with deers all over and even got to get friendly with the homes kitties.

One of the best AirBnbs I’ve stayed at. Peaceful, cozy. Felt like a little “nest” up on the top floor of the building. Everything you need to have a home away from home. Esther was incredibly responsive and gracious. 10/10 recommend!

We will stay here again for sure when we come back for concerts. It was quiet, with cute shared outdoor spaces. The space was perfect and had little touches that made you feel at home.

This place is a gem. The cabin itself was warm and inviting. We found it to be clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. As for the outdoor space, you couldn’t ask for a better setting with the Pocono Creek running alongside the property. Wildlife sightings are abundant and we were fortunate to see Deer and newborn Fawns, a Black Bear and many different birds. We enjoyed the views from the outdoor deck. Great amenities including a Hot Tub and Fire Pit. Thanks Rob and Jen for a wonderful stay!

Words do not describe the location. Take a few days, relax, eat at the Landing Steakhouse. Water wheel or Milford Diner for breakfast. Stop by Fox N Hare Brewery/ Pub. Then after all that sit on the deck watch the local wildlife sip your beverage of choice and take in the serenity of the stream and waterfall.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dylan’s cabin. Is was super cozy and pleasing. We enjoyed our evenings around the fire. This place was clean and cozy. Thanks for having us!

We had such a wonderful stay at this serene cabin. It was the perfect quiet escape, tucked away in peaceful surroundings that made it easy to unwind. The cabin was still conveniently located to restaurants, a grocery store, and of course many hiking trails! The cabin itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy touches (loved the blankets!) that made it feel like home. Susan also made sure there were fresh linens, toiletries, flashlights, firewood, and fire starters which was so thoughtful. One of our favorite parts of the trip was simply slowing down, sitting with a good book inside the cabin, playing the brain teasers, or relaxing by the fire in the evenings. It was exactly the kind of restorative getaway we needed. Susan was thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the right amenities!

We enjoyed our time in your beautiful home. We had so much fun in the game room. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Our experience was a 10 out of 10 and we’d absolutely recommend.

This was a lovely place to stay for a few days. While the river is quiet, the birds are happy here. We had a great time identifying wildlife. The hot tub was a lovely addition. We reached out to the host a few times with some questions, the host was VERY responsive. That was awesome. Wifi was perfect for two remote working gals. Bonus: the bald eagle's nest across the water!

This was a great place for a family get away! This house was in a calm and quiet neighborhood full of wildlife and the kitchen was great for cooking together.

Great location. Very relaxing and peaceful. The house is adorable. The owner was very helpful and gave recommendations of local things to do. My fiancé and I stayed for two nights. We went to two of the restaurants that were recommended and we also went on a hike, we hiked 5 miles and it was a great day. The hot tub was super relaxing and we even made a fire at the fire pit. We can’t wait to go back.
