Villa vacation rentals in Middle Franconia

We stayed as a family with 9 adults and 2 babies over the 1st May weekend in the beautiful getaway oasis in Freystadt. The place is very nicely decorated exactly as described on the pictures and has had a lot of space for everyone. The highlight was the large beautiful garden and the quiet idyllic ambiance in the beautiful weather. The Norys family was very nice and responded directly to all questions quickly and easily. An all-round beautiful getaway in a very nice accommodation that we are happy to use again for the next planned families.

This apartment has a very special ambience and we really liked it and we felt very comfortable. If we hadn't been on the road as much and the weather was a little nicer, we would certainly have used the very nice garden more. We also had very nice hosts. What more could you want?

Very idyllic house with large and beautiful garden in which there are art objects created by the landlord himself. The landlord couple is very friendly and child-friendly. There were many toys for the garden that the children were allowed to use. The house is a little hard to find, but very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the Sturm family.

Great house, great amenities, great garden, great surroundings! Perfect for our family weekend with 15 people, including 6 children aged 5-11. The communication and the amount of information in advance were great. We will be happy to come back.

A great place to stay. The house is large and open, while maintaining the old structures and renovated substance. The old floorboards are a feast for the eyes. Equipped with the latest comforts. Thank you.

A really great and spacious house, where everything you need is there. There were eight of us there for a few days and we had a lovely time, to which the barbecue corner and the sauna definitely contributed. The Katzwang S-Bahn station with connections to Nuremberg and Schwabach is also within walking distance in 10-15 minutes (depending on the direction with an incline or decline). Communication with Svetlana was straightforward and if there were any questions, there was quick feedback. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the house.

The house and hosts are highly recommended. The architecture and interior design are appealing. The residential area is pleasantly quiet.
