In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

In 18 square meters, you will find everything you need for a relaxing break: a small natural stone bathroom, a cozy kitchen with a dining area and a sleeping area paneled with Swiss pine wood with a particularly warm atmosphere. The terrace invites you to start the day with a coffee in the morning sun or to enjoy the tranquility of the courtyard in the evening.

The Aischpark Center with about 20 different shops is 500 m away. You can get everything you need there. Also 500 m away there is a wave pool with a diving pool and a large children's area. (Open from May - September). In the colder season, Höchstadt offers an indoor swimming pool and an ice stadium
