This waterfront home was perfect for a family vacation with my 3 teens. Our host, Marios, was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful before and throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable, the appliances were all in good working order, and water pressure in the bathrooms and kitchen was great. The winding streets of Mykonos Town are literally a few steps away, making this the perfect location for easy access to restaurants, cafes, shopping, and sight-seeing. The large private terrace was our favorite place to relax and, as others have commented, the views from the terrace are spectacular. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Mykonos!

We had a lovely stay. Room was perfect with a lovely sea view. Location superb, close to bars, restaurants, beaches, shops yet still quiet and peaceful. Theo was extremely helpful helping us to arrange trips, ATV hire etc. An excellent stay.

Would highly recommend this place! It was very clean. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It was easy to find and we were minutes from the beach and restaurants. The suggested places that were provided were also nice to try. I would stay here again when I come back.

The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly as shown on the pictures. The location ist great, close to Galata tower and a very vibrant neighbourhood. Due to the great location, it can get a bit noisy at night. The wifi didn’t really work for us. Nevzat tried to find a solution, which didn’t really help but we appreciated his help. Overall a great place to explore Istanbul!

As a Tel Aviv resident, it was the most peaceful night of sleep, which I did not expect because it is the center. Perfect cleanliness, such a rarity these days, a warm bed and no dirt on the floor. Very clear instructions on how to get in. The washing machine and dryer are in a common hallway with one of the neighbors' apartments, but locked with a key. Quite convenient, I expected the laundry room to be somewhere in the building. Thank you for your hospitality and fast, friendly communication!

Fantastic stay! Vato is one of the most friendly hosts I’ve ever met. The location is also great: it’s near the city centre and the view on the cable car line is magnificent. Overall, I would totally recommend this place 👍💯

Nice, comfortable place in a very central location. When I arrived in Yerevan my phone service was being weird and would only let me send texts through Whats App but my internet was not working, when I let Gayane know about this and the fact that I could not order a taxi because of it she immediately sent her husband to pick me up, I really appreciated that. Gayane was always quick to respond as well. Highly recommended

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It was extremely central (but far enough from super busy tourist zone), the area was romantic and vibrant, people (and dogs) were friendly, kind and accommodating. One neighbour gave us home cooked food and wine, another welcomed us into her home and serenaded us with a piano recital. This was the perfect launchpad for our introduction to Tbilisi and Georgian life - I couldn't have asked for a better place and we were sad to go. Thank you Gvantsa!! მადლობა!

I stayed for one month. All was good. Utilities were charged extra than the price quoted for the leasing.

It actually looks more spacious than the pictures, the location is good and the bay is unobstructed.The room is comfortable and the price is good value for money in the town
