Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Pine forest House

The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

Tastefully renovated historical building located at the center of Ayvalik with a peaceful garden and indoor fireplace. Small restaurants, pubs and public transportation are in 2 min walking distance. The place is a seperate building with it's own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. If you would like to make a reservation for 3 or more, contact us and we can open the next building for you as well! The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

In our place you'll relax in the outdoor jacuzzi, or in your private veranda, enjoying your drink. We are located 1,5km away from old town (about 20 minutes on foot), 1,8km from the port (about 25 minutes on foot) and 5 minutes away from Naxos town by car.

The Fairy tale in Orange Garden (jacuzzi inside)

Unique bungalow in an calm soothing ORGANIC orange and lemon garden. In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable. In the evening you can watch your favorite Netflix series and relax in heated jacuzzi. Grossery and alcohol shop 10 min by walk.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
