This housing is located in a house that is an architectural monument. The house was restored a couple of years ago and its architecture retains all the flavor of ancient Tbilisi courtyards. These are separate apartments on the ground floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. The property has its own entrance, separate mini kitchen, private bathroom and a wonderful balcony. Nice studio bedroom, best for single or two people (No children and or pets please) Very close to the beach (less than 100 meters), private lawn to sit and watch the sunset. 20 min from Tel Aviv by car. Small kitchen for small meals and snacks. Nespresso machine included. The room is located in a very quiet area. Please no BBQs or loud music. Explicitly PLEASE No Smoking in the room. Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.

The loft is well equipped and comfortable for a long stay. There are a number of charming seating areas in the garden and on the terrace. Close to beautiful hiking and bicycle trails. A great place for artists and writers.

בימים מתוחים אלו, לשמחתינו אנחנו זוכים כאן לשקט בטחוני. חמסההה!!! בביתינו הצמוד ישנו מרחב מוגן ובנוסף היחידה נמצאת על מדרון מאחורי שני קירות תמך ובמפנה דרומי, כך שבפני עצמה היא באיזור מוגן. הישוב מאובטח בסיור ונצפה במצלמות אבטחה. במידה ותחול הסלמה פתאומית באיזור שלנו ספציפית, ינתן החזר מלא גם במסגרת מדיניות הביטולים הרגילה שלנו, עד רגע הביקור עצמו. עם ישראל חי!!
