The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport links to Düsseldorf, the exhibition grounds, Düsseldorf airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.

The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking.
