Villa vacation rentals in Mid-Coast Council

We had a lovely stay at Narene’s place. The property had so many special homely touches. It also had lots of equipment for fun at the beach and the kitchen was very well decked out. We had a wonderful time either our whole family. We could even bring our doggy as Diamond beach is super dog friendly.

We had a great stay in Forster! The house was lovely—very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was just as described. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again

I'm from Germany and if I read "Villa", I expect more than a big bungalow with just basics. The amenities like the buttons for the spa need replacing, the stove wasn't in best shape either as you need to light it up with a lighter, which is provided. The main bedroom with the large bed was in fact two single mattresses put together, not so nice to sleep on the hard edge when cuddling your partner.

Our group of 4 had the perfect stay. Watching the moon rise over the northern headland and surf at Boomerang beach was spectacular. A huge pod of dolphins close to shore were also delighted with the early rising moon. The Recky, which is only minutes away was the place to eat and watch the sunset. This ideally situated beach pad townhouse, close to Boomerang Beach and Elizabeth Beach would suit a family on school holidays or a small group. The surf lifesaving club on Elizabeth had the flags set up and were actively patrolling during the NSW Easter School hols. A great working space kitchen and a fabulously large, comfortable L-shaped lounge in the separate but adjoining lounge room with big screen tv. No internet, however we were able to hotspot from our phone to access Netflix. Just note that you will need data and be smart phone/tv savvy. Thanks Michelle for making our stay very enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tracy’s place! It was exactly as described, only a few meters to the beautiful One Mile beach and sand dune, and was very well equipped with everything we needed. Tracy also organised a baby travel cot and allowed a later check out which was appreciated. She was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our third stay at “Haven on George,” and I can’t praise this villa enough! The property is stunningly designed and spotlessly clean. Its location is perfect, just a quick drive to the beach, local shops, and cafes, while still offering a private retreat. The host was exceptionally attentive and made our return visit completely hassle-free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Wonderful little cabin for a sweet getaway for two.

Safe and convent location. Spacious common areas. Very neat and tidy. Complementary wine was a generous bonus!

The villa was at a great location being just around the corner from Blueys Beach and the shops, and it was easy to drive to other beautiful beaches and lakes, Forster / Seal Rocks. It had everything one could need, and it was very nice to sit on the balcony in the sun. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

Awesome resort style accommodation with a great pool, spa and tennis courts. The kids loved it. Very chilled and close to Elizabeth beach and Bluey’s.

What a gem of a stay! The house at Pacific Spawn Beach was everything I needed and more — super clean, beautifully organized, and with such a good vibe. You can feel the care in every little detail. The location? Spot on. Close enough to everything, yet peaceful like your own little corner of paradise. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Great time with family. Kids played in the beach or pool. The accommodation had everything we needed including oven and washing machine (it was old and needed some fiddling to work out).
