Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mid-Coast Council

Clare has provided such a beautiful cosy place to stay. Its a great location as it's central to all the surrounding locations and is easily accessible. Clares place was perfect for what we needed, for our family of four, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Gail was a wonderful host. We had one of our best Airbnb experiences. The property is quiet and beautiful in the countryside, which is exactly what we looked for. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and Gail also supplies breakfast ingredients.

Highly recommend! Such a peaceful and beautiful place to spend time. Very kind and friendly host.

I really appreciated how responsive and accomodating Mike was during our stay. He made sure all our needs were met and rectified any issues we had. Instructions were clear and the place was beautiful with plenty of activities to do. My family and I made great memories during our short Easter getaway here.

Loved the place. Stayed here with seven guests and it was great. Heaps of room, plenty of beds, spa and tennis court were spot on and it’s all within a short walk to the beach. Braiden was a great host and made everything super comfortable for us. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for having us Braiden!

What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service—every detail had been so thoughtfully considered. From the welcome treats to the plush robes, heated floors, and curated local touches, we felt completely spoilt. There were so many included extras that made our stay even more special, and it’s clear the hosts have poured their hearts into creating a truly unforgettable experience. Smokey Cape Retreat is pure magic. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful views and very peaceful! Nathan was excellent with communication, very responsive and helpful. The place is even more stunning than in the photos. The only downside was that the coffee machine didn’t work, and the kitchen amenities could use an update. There weren’t enough wine glasses, bowls, etc., for the number of guests the house accommodates. Also, it’s best to have a 4x4 vehicle to access the property, especially if it’s been raining. That said, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it!

Mary is a wonderful host, helpful and personable. Mary provides breakfast if required and beautiful chocolates on arrival. Her place was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The garden is beautiful and there is room to sit and reflect outside. We would love to come back to Mary’s unit. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Robyn and Paul.

We really enjoyed our stay at Terry and Sue’s place. Very spacious and well appointed with extra touches to make you feel welcome and comfortable .We really appreciated the bread and milk as well as other supplies that they provided. Spotlessly clean and the kitchen was great. We made good use of the utensils and air fryer. A quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach, shops and restaurants with lovely views of the hinterland from the balcony. Terry and Sue are very welcoming and responsive and helpful when needed. We look forward to coming back and staying here again!

This was perfect place for 2 couples to spend time together, cook, rest and talk all next to the pool. Thank you for accomodating us on every level. Beach is right next to house with shellow part just drive or walk away (some of us just walked to and on beach). All comfort for decent price - with BBQ to be fixed or taken out from listing, as kitchen provided for cooking needs Not to mention excellent Pub with great food close by.

Really enjoyed our night stay with Maureen - great location with an easy walk to everything you need. Maureen was fabulous to deal with - welcoming on arrival and really helpful throughout our stay. Loved the details of the accomodation.

We had a wonderful stay with Pete and Les at their beautiful property. This is a gorgeous purpose built B&B and provides a beautifully appointed room with very comfortable bed, quality linen and huge ensuite. We had the nautical room and were able to have our dog stay. Being a traditional B&B, breakfast is provided and is fabulous. This is such a serene rural setting but only 15 minutes into Taree and to the beach at Old Bar. We loved our two nights here and highly recommend to others. Thank you Pete and Les.

Richard and Mark have created a lovely, unique BnB full of heritage charm. The rooms are big, clean, private and comfortable. There are also plenty of shared areas to relax inside or on the grand verandah that surrounds the house. The transfer service to and from Hope Estate makes this an easy retreat for anyone seeing concerts in the Hunter. I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates comfort, peace and quiet and great hospitality.

Beautiful room, superbly equipped with high end appliances and linens. Marlene and her husband welcoming hosts and explained everything to us. Such a comfortable bed we had lovely nights sleep and nice breakfast in the morning. Communication quick and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area

Great location, few minutes drive to the local town. Very friendly host and recommend us with few places need to visit in the local area. We stayed at the room with a luxury SPA, the entire place was tidy and homely. Wake up with sunshine and beautiful gardens, having a 5 star equivalent breakfast, what else do you need for a holiday? Highly recommend!!!

Our stay at the property was so comfortable & one of the best. Peter & his wife made us feel at home through out our stay. His pets were very friendly and the whole house was maintained so clean /organised. Our 1yr old pet also settled down quickly in the new place, had a lot of play time & was so comfortable. We really loved the location, our stay, cooking & dining together. It was a wonderful experience & we enjoyed every moment.. If we plan another road trip to Sydney or in that region, I will look for this property & happily stay with Peter again... Long story short, they are just lovely people, really a superhost, in a lovely location & in a lovely property ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐☺️
