Casa Mondo is a newly built detached house located on the edge of small place Zbandaj approximately 8 kilometres from Porec. The house was built in 2014 with modern materials and with superior thermal and acoustic isolation (low energy house). Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.
