Luigi's flat has got everything you require and has the most stunning view on the balcony. Luigi has a very easy and informative check in and out process. The YouTube videos additionally information made the process easy. The location is Excellent, situated in a peaceful town, with pretty views of the lake and sorrounding towns. Bar Milano is very close which do a very nice pizza. However, the hill walk upto the location is a challenge. We turned to taxis (which does costly if you go up and down a lot) and a free night bus which operates 7pm-12pm which we found it only on the rare occasion. Overall experience was great! We wish to be back in the future.

We had an amazing stay in the beautiful apartment of Leon. It was even prettier than on the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. We loved staying here and also found this area of Como very calming to stay compared to other, more touristic and crowded parts. Thank you Leon and we hope to stay with you sometime again!

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

This apartment has the most beautiful views from the balcony and living room. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee in the balcony and the weather was perfect - not too hot which made sitting in the sun a delight. On a hot day, a shade in the balcony would be perfect. The location is perfect as it's right next to the ferry terminal. The roadside can be a little noisy but after a while it became white noise as you take in the breathtaking view. We rented a vespa and found it very easy to move around whether by taking the ferry to Bellagio on the other side or to Menaggio, 10mins down the road. We also had a dedicated parking spot which was perfect. Irina was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved the bottle of sparkling wine that she left us on arrival. Very nice touch. It truly is idyllic and we would love to return one day. Lake Como is a magical place.

Very pleased with our stay. A wonderful location. Luca was so helpful in meeting us to escort us to the property as it is located in a no drive /traffic section. We could not ask for anything more. Luca was always helpful, answering our questions and helped us to manage parking. The property has the most beautiful views. We would highly recommend. Our experience was wonderful and can’t wait to return!

Der Comer See ist wunderschön. Von der Unterkunft hat man eine wundervolle Sicht auf See und Berge. Der schöne Wanderweg 'Greenway del Lago di Como' liegt vor der Haustür. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See. Fähre, Villa del Balbianello und Supermärkte sind schnell zu Fuß erreicht. Komfortabler Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Es war perfekt :)

I highly recommend this place!! It was extremely clean, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view everywhere you looked, everything you would need. The house came with little treats, maps, information, and was walkable to sweet little restaurants, views etc. The hosts were SO kind, helpful and wonderful!! We would entirely stay there again!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

The location is absolutely stunning and Pieter’s place is perfect - very clean with beautiful views of the lake and right next to GHT. The ferry terminal is also very close. There are also a couple of nice restaurants/ coffee shops around. We would love to come back.

Without a doubt the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The view was somehow better than the pictures, the place matched the pictures exactly with amenities such as a dishwasher and a washing machine (which we didn’t use but nice to have!) and also cleaning things including a vacuum!! The smart TV has Netflix & Disney+ etc which was great, and there were USB and USB-C ports next to each bedside which is fab if you brought the wrong adapter like us 🙃 The hosts were very quick to respond to queries, they dropped off a fan for us within 2 hours. The room does get quite warm but there is a powerful fan which helps. I would only recommend if you have a hire car, as the place is up a very steep hill, but we did manage to find parking every time. It was spotlessly clean, and I genuinely felt comfortable and at home being there and using the bathroom/shower.

Gemma’s place was lovely, the view was tremendous, clean space and we felt very cared for. Clothes steamer was a nice comfort, and small breakfast goods / teas were appreciated. Gemma also provided a comprehensive list of/ guide of things to do and places to eat which was helpful. We would recommend staying at this airbnb to others : )

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

Die Unterkunft von Mara in Sala Comacina ist ein Traum! Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Blick auf den See, der Garten und die Wohnung waren sehr gepflegt und toll ausgestattet. Der Ort ist klein, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da es bspw. einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine kleine Badestelle mit Strand gibt. Mara war immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Außerdem gibt es einen Parkplatz. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Wir waren übers Wochenende in Blevio und somit bei Dana. Das Airbnb war so schön, es war sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und Dana hat uns auch gezeigt wo man öffentlich parken kann. (Begrenzte Parkplätze). Der Whirlpool war auch sehr sauber und man konnte entspannen und die Aussicht genießen. Eine echte Empfehlung!! Danke Dana!

Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family. Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
