Adjacent to the living and dining area: large table, sofa, 1 armchair, sideboard with small non-smart TV. The apartment has high-quality linens, heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Parquet or marble floors. Please note: 1. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the apartment. 2. Please separate your rubbish for recycling. 3. The apartment is located in an elegant building, so we ask that you behave respectfully and avoid making noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No parties!
