Great home in a nice area of cancun. many shops within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to the hotel district and beaches. we stayed in two houses on the street for a family reunion and we loved our time there.

House in a very good location and safe in a safe subdivision. clean and with the necessary amenities

Thank you for opening the doors of your home to us. The house is located in a quiet area, access is easy to get to, we loved the detail you had with my dogs by leaving us a bed for them. The experience was pleasant and quiet, we will definitely return.

We loved our stay and this Airbnb ranks as one of our favorites. The house was a great layout, the beds comfy (one firm, one softer so you had choices), decorated well but not cluttered. So many extra towels! Great spots to hang swimsuits, bags, put the golf cart keys! Really well thought out and well taken care of. The property managers were very friendly and responsive. We stayed with our two toddlers and it was a great unit for kids/families. Plenty of room for the pack n play. Beach toys. Great pool with the perfect kiddie pool attached. Quiet place but easy to get to town. Highly recommend!

There were great days in the house. It had everything you need. The pool was just great. The area seemed safe. The only annoying thing was the barking dog in the neighboring house. But the landlady can't do anything about that. Would recommend it without reservation

We stayed two weeks ago at Casa Guayaba and we loved it!!! We traveled with our 3 dogs and they enjoyed it as much as we did. The house seemed super nice and cozy, we loved the fridge. We liked the detail of the typical sweets and the bottle of wine, the space and places to walk in the green areas of the house were spectacular. The only two drawbacks we had were that the solar panels were not enough to heat up as we expected both in the jacuzzi and the pool, and the cost of the boiler was a bit high, but in the end it changed the experience and was worth it. Also, our last night the power went out and it was a bit frustrating that night because the fans stopped working and the heat was trapped inside. We know it wasn't the house's issue, but if there's a plan B for those situations, it's amazing. The cleaning was really good. Norma was very kind, but you had to remind her of basic details. We'll definitely be back

We had a great time staying at Aaloja’s Airbnb! The apartment was easy to find and felt very secure. The host was incredibly responsive. No matter what time of day or night they responded within 10 minutes. As a few other reviews mentioned, there was some noise but we never felt that it was unreasonable for a busy city with a lot of nightlife. Overall a great experience!

A truly beautiful stay. The space is breathtaking and left us immersed in the beautiful architecture and culturally significant design. The space was such an important component of our trip to Mexico City and complimented the food and art we experienced while visiting. The host was thoughtful, proactive, kind, generous and responsive. I truly can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better other than staying longer. We can’t wait to come back over and over again.

Place was great and close to all attractions. Check in was very easy and we were even able to check in a little early.

I was very surprised that it was even bigger in person, the house is very nice, the pool was incredible, always very attentive to us, I definitely recommend it!

Peter’s place was great!! The place was clean and comfortably fit my family of 7. It also had everything we needed to be able to cook meals if we wanted to. We definitely plan on staying here again during our next trip.

It’s the perfect house and location. Carina the house keeper was my absolute favorite person. Missing her already. The house comes with beach chairs plenty of beach towels and umbrellas. Amazing sunset views . Thanks again for the hospitality and attention. Definitely will be back.

Highly recommend! This place is incredibly private and serene—true peace of mind, and you can’t put a price on that. The views of both the ocean and lagoon were absolutely breathtaking. Michael is an outstanding host with phenomenal communication from start to finish. A truly memorable experience.

This house was super cute and spacious! We enjoyed our stay very much. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. Alejandro was very communicative and patient when we were try to figure out the app to exit out of the community area. Would definitely stay here again.

Francisco’s place was exactly as described and spacious. As a group of 5, we did not feel overcrowded. The location was an easy walk to amazing restaurants and bars. Francisco was responsive and proactive regarding our communications. Would stay here again!
