Vacation rentals with a home theater in Mexico City

Gabriel was attentive, excellent communication and was always available when needed. Our unit was just the right size for us. Bed was comfortable as well as the sleep sofa. I appreciated all the hangers and iron. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

An excellent apartment and location. The only thing is that some water came out of the freezer! Everything excellent!!!

The apartment is nice, very clean and tidy. Cecilia was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which allowed us to do the activities we had planned for the day. There are shops and a greengrocer nearby if you decide to cook. In the bathroom you have to leave the drain covered because otherwise it smells bad, but as long as it is covered everything is fine. It's on the third floor, so if you're going with someone who has trouble climbing stairs, it would be something to consider. Overall, excellent service.

Everything was excellent. Enrique was very friendly and attentive to all my questions and whatever else was needed. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with a beautiful view and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It had all the amenities, it's modern and there's a lot of security. I would definitely come back!

Wonderful experience! The apartment's decor is simply charming, with thoughtful details and a perfect combination of colors and textures. In addition, the location is unbeatable, you can walk and in a few minutes you will find squares, restaurants and museums. The apartment is in a very quiet and safe area, allowing you to rest and relax without noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy and well-located accommodation!!!

The place matches the photos. It's very simple but nice and fulfills the function of having a good rest. Mr. Sergio was extremely friendly and helped me with my questions.

Beautifully decorated, somewhat unconventional - not your typical apt building - space. Very decent food options in the area. Neighborhood has strong "up and coming" vibes, as well as a few tourist attractions within walking distance. Mateo was friendly, accommodating, and plays great music in the early evenings.

Had a great time, perfect location and close to tons of restaurants near the center of Coyoacan!

This is a great part of CDMX - culturally there are many things to explore. Pepe shared a lot of information and it was amazing to learn so much just from talking with him. Though a short stay, I appreciated their flexibility with BOTH check-in/check-out. They are very close to many restaurantes, fast food, convenience stores and cafes for all budgets. There is much to see and do in the area - walking through the streets of Coyoacan is very enjoyable - lots of small alleys almost like a labyrinth at times - AND no noise from the airplanes that are typical in MANY parts of CDMX. It rained the 2 days I was there so I did not get to benefit from the lovely terraces and rooftop views. But that would be an additional bonus to enjoy. Thanks so very much, Fer & Pepe!!

Leo is a very good host, he was attentive and available to help us with our doubts. The place is in a great location near shopping malls and very accessible and safe even on foot, the finishes of the accommodation are very modern and super clean. Highly recommended for staying if you want a nice, central and cozy place!

Roberto is the most attentive host I have ever encountered. Very responsive and is highly amenable. His apartment and the surrounding area is very charming and highly recommended for long stays.

I felt right at home. The building is very safe, only tenants can enter. And it had all the cleaning supplies. A washing machine, an iron, hair dryers, and for cooking it had everything, pans, pots, spices, dishes, wine glasses. Internet, Cablevision. No one can enter and go up to the building, only the tenants because they have keys and security cards, in the lobby there is a lot of surveillance of who enters and who leaves 24 hours a day. And it's on Av. Paseo de Reforma. A spectacular view. Highly recommended

Great place to stay with a perfect host. Excellent water pressure and never ending hot water. High quality towels and linens. Stocked kitchen complete with cooktop and oven. I washed laundry every night. IZZY TV complete with Fox News Channel. Fast internet. Super clean room and building. Building has pool and other amenities I didn't use this trip but might next time. Bed slept great and plenty of closet and bathroom/mirror space. Building entry/exit super easy. Building security always present and super friendly. Entry into elevators is key card controlled....you get your own card. Security team knew me on the second day. Nice view of the area from the room and a view of the other direction from the entry walkway. Great rental.

This apartment is fantastic! The location is perfect, with stunning panoramic views that make you feel completely immersed in the city. We especially loved watching the sunsets—they were absolutely beautiful. The place was spotless and well-equipped with great amenities, making our stay super comfortable. Anton was very friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything even smoother. Check-in was very convenient. Just a tip for those arriving by car: be sure to pick up your key set at reception before heading to the parking lot. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!
