If you want to recharge your batteries between land and sea, my welcoming single-family home on spacious and fully fenced land with electric gate is there for you. It is located in a quiet area in a small town between Royan and Saintes. Guests can enjoy a house not overlooked in a country environment but close to everything: 20 km from Royan and 20 km from Saintes and 10 km from the spa town of Saujon. A vehicle is essential as the house is not in the village.
