George was a really good host , he helped us terribly even with our luggage.The house couldn't have been in a better location. right in the spring opposite the main square with great view and quiet.free so many for the fireplace.what a family needs to have a great time !Giorgos thank you very much wish all the time to continue so beautifully!I highly recommend!!!!

The house is very well located ,Close to restaurants and on foot. It's quite thoughtful ,cozy and warm ! Ideal for families with children. Mr. Antonis very hospitable and helpful !

The house is a beautiful, special and very well equipped. We enjoyed tremendously our stay, and the Beautiful surroundings, details and hospitality.

Maria's place is gorgeous - better than the pictures show. It's a very spacious house with two floors, thoughtfully built with beautiful views from each window of the house. We were three families with kids and there was enough space for all of us. Spotlessly clean, in beautiful forest surroundings. You'll need a car to get around the beautiful spots in the area - Meteora, Trikala, mountain villages and ski resorts. But it's a great stay for a bigger company!

Our stay at this stunning stone-built mansion in Kipoi, Zagori, was nothing short of exceptional! The home exudes elegance and luxury while maintaining its traditional charm. Every detail, from the beautifully crafted stone and wood interiors to the high-end amenities, made our stay truly special. The breathtaking surroundings and serene atmosphere added to the experience. We had an unforgettable time and can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

The place is very clean, warm and cozy. We had a great time during our stay. Katerina as a host was welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area which helped elevate our journey and experiences.

Beautiful modern and invested villa Well-equipped 5 minutes from City Center Very quiet neighborhood Lake view from each room. Very successful. The hosts were very nice and available There is privet parking lot and elevator Sahag is a very high level of property

This villa is one of the nicest places with that we have stayed. The view is incredible and it has every amenity that you would need. It is very very clean and our host was absolutely amazing. The communication before and during our stay was excellent and we were provided with many tips on what to see in the local area. What is important to know is that this area in central Greece is perfect for vacation and we do not believe that many people from the United States know about it yet. Ioannina is excellent as a homebase. There is a variety of things to do as the town is large enough for a reasonable size airport and the downtown area near the lake is great. Surrounding the town is an area of incredible natural beauty. If you are the type of traveler I would like a very comfortable,quiet, safe place to stay in an impeccably clean house big enough for several couples that also offers privacy, and then go out to explore a mix of city and some places “at the end of the road” this is it.

The residence was impeccably clean and exuded a delightful warmth and coziness. Its traditional decor creates a charming family ambiance. A scenic 5-minute stroll through natural landscapes leads to the picturesque town. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious layout is ideal for accommodating large groups, especially families with kids. I highly recommend this place.

We were 2 families , total of 10 people. There was plenty of room for all of us, air conditioning in each room (2 in the shared area) and fully equipped kitchen. Big garden with out door kitchen. The mini-market and bakery are walking distance , 5 minutes drive to supermarket, 15 minute drive to Ioannina. Each day we drove 1-1.5 hours to different attractions in Zagori. The owner was very nice and helpful. The house was perfect for all our needs.

What an AMAZING house, BEAUTIFUL views and wonderful pool. We had 12 people stay in both apartments and there was so much space and it was super comfortable with great amenities. The kids all had a fantastic time and didn’t want to leave. Make sure to type the name of the accommodation into your GPS versus the address or you will get a little lost. Maria was a lovely host and we will definitely be back.

Stefanos house is a true gem just 30min away from Meteora. The pool, the terrace, the whole decoration in the house and garden - everything is perfect. You immediately feel at home and relaxed. Stefanos is an exceptional host. Easy on communication and very caring. He got a huge welcome package with drinks and food and were also welcome to enjoy figs from their garden. We loved every minute we were staying there. Thank you for having us!
