Ο Γιώργος ήταν πραγματικά πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης ,μας βοήθησε τρομερά ακόμη και με τις αποσκευές μας.το σπιτι δεν μπορούσε να ήταν σε καλύτερη τοποθεσία .μεσα ακριβώς στην ελατη απέναντι από την κεντρική πλατεία με υπέροχη θεα και ησυχία .ξυλα άπειρα για το τζάκι.οτι χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια για να περάσει υπέροχα !Γιώργο ευχαριστουμε πολύ μακαρι να συνεχίσει έτσι ομορφα όλος ο χρόνος !συστηνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!!!

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,Κοντά σε εστιατόρια και με τα πόδια. Ειναι αρκετά προσεγμένο ,άνετο και ζεστό ! Ιδανικό για οικογένεια με παιδιά. Ο κύριος Αντώνης πολύ φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός !

Πολυ καλός οικοδεσπότης . Το σπίτι ήταν σε πολύ όμορφο σημείο με θέα , ήσυχο και ζεστό .

Υπέροχο σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με καινούργιες εγκαταστάσεις. Δίνουν πολύ ομορφη αίσθηση όλοι οι χώροι του σπιτιού και ήταν πολυ καθαρό. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για εξορμήσεις στα Ζαγοροχώρια και στα Μαστοροχώρια καθώς και για rafting και πεζοπορίες. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλόξενος και ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα. Όλα τέλεια. Περάσαμε μια πολυ όμορφη εβδομάδα. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.

Maria's place is gorgeous - better than the pictures show. It's a very spacious house with two floors, thoughtfully built with beautiful views from each window of the house. We were three families with kids and there was enough space for all of us. Spotlessly clean, in beautiful forest surroundings. You'll need a car to get around the beautiful spots in the area - Meteora, Trikala, mountain villages and ski resorts. But it's a great stay for a bigger company!

Τέλειος προορισμός

Posto splendido. Appartamento comodissimo con vista meteore. Gioia una persona simpaticissima, gentilissima e molto reattiva. Consiglio vivamente a tutti anche con famiglia. A due passi dalle Meteore, dai supermercati e al tempo stesso in mezzo al verde.

De eigenaar en zijn vrouw ontvingen ons persoonlijk bij aankomst. Goede uitleg en informatie over de omgeving. Zelfs een goed gevulde fruitschaal op tafel. Kaas en ham in de koelkast en brood in de broodtrommel. Beter kan niet. De kamers zijn mooi en staan vol met mooie objecten, zoals een oude grammofoon en radio. Twee mooi uitgevoerde badkamers in het huis. Goede parkeerplaatsen bij het huis. Het sfschrid na drie nachten was hartelijk. Zeker een plek om nog eens terug te komen!

The place is very clean, warm and cozy. We had a great time during our stay. Katerina as a host was welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area which helped elevate our journey and experiences.

וילה יפה חדישה ומושקעת מאובזרת היטב 5 דקות ממרכז העיר שכונה שקטה מאד נוף לאגם מכל חדר. מאד מוצלח. המארחים היו נחמדים מאד והיו זמינים יש חניון פרטי ומעלית בסהג נכס ברמה גבוהה מאד

This villa is one of the nicest places with that we have stayed. The view is incredible and it has every amenity that you would need. It is very very clean and our host was absolutely amazing. The communication before and during our stay was excellent and we were provided with many tips on what to see in the local area. What is important to know is that this area in central Greece is perfect for vacation and we do not believe that many people from the United States know about it yet. Ioannina is excellent as a homebase. There is a variety of things to do as the town is large enough for a reasonable size airport and the downtown area near the lake is great. Surrounding the town is an area of incredible natural beauty. If you are the type of traveler I would like a very comfortable,quiet, safe place to stay in an impeccably clean house big enough for several couples that also offers privacy, and then go out to explore a mix of city and some places “at the end of the road” this is it.

The residence was impeccably clean and exuded a delightful warmth and coziness. Its traditional decor creates a charming family ambiance. A scenic 5-minute stroll through natural landscapes leads to the picturesque town. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious layout is ideal for accommodating large groups, especially families with kids. I highly recommend this place.

Η διαμονή στην Villa Magnolia ήταν από την πρώτη ημέρα μέχρι και την τελευταία, υπέροχη. Τόσο πριν, όσο και κατά την άφιξή μας, ο οικοδεσπότης φρόντισε και ήταν όλα στην εντέλεια ενώ είχε δώσει σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη και είχε προνοήσει να ρωτήσει για τυχόν ιδιαιτερότητες των οικογενειών και των παιδιών, ώστε να επιδιώξει να τις ικανοποιήσει. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, τακτοποιημένο και ζεστό. Φιλοξένησε άνετα τρείς οικογένειες με 7 συνολικά παιδιά στα πέντε υπνοδωμάτια (τρία έχουν δικό τους μπάνιο). Η κουζίνα και το τεράστιο καθιστικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ενώ υπάρχει πολύ ωραίος κήπος. Στα θετικά του σπιτιού είναι το πολύ καλό ασύρματο δίκτυο (wi-fi) και αναμφίβολα η τοποθεσία του. Μόνο 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τα Ιωάννινα και περίπου μια ώρα από το Μέτσοβο και τα Ζαγοροχώρια. Σε κοντινή απόσταση (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια) υπάρχουν δύο καταστήματα τροφίμων με όλα τα απαραίτητα και φούρνος.

What an AMAZING house, BEAUTIFUL views and wonderful pool. We had 12 people stay in both apartments and there was so much space and it was super comfortable with great amenities. The kids all had a fantastic time and didn’t want to leave. Make sure to type the name of the accommodation into your GPS versus the address or you will get a little lost. Maria was a lovely host and we will definitely be back.

Stefanos house is a true gem just 30min away from Meteora. The pool, the terrace, the whole decoration in the house and garden - everything is perfect. You immediately feel at home and relaxed. Stefanos is an exceptional host. Easy on communication and very caring. He got a huge welcome package with drinks and food and were also welcome to enjoy figs from their garden. We loved every minute we were staying there. Thank you for having us!
