Apartment vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

My mom and I had a great stay at the apartment. Right in the middle of the city so very walkable to historical sights and things to do. Muzio was very proactive and responsive as a host. His apartment was also clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay with him again.

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

First of all, Adeleida is extremely helpful and informative; we had lots of questions several weeks before our stay, which she always answered with lots of great tips and explanations. The apartment is perfect for 2, quiet and comfortable. We missed a bit more kitchen equipment, as we were making our own dinner one night. The hot water in the bathrooms lives its own life - low pressure combined with various temperature, so patience while showering is needed. But these are small things, the apartment is great for some days in Rome. Bus and tram almost around the corner, but it’s nice to stroll along the streets to the heart of Trastevere or all the other highlights in Rome.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment, super clean, easy to find and great communication with David. Perfect location in the centre of Rome, ideal for sightseeing and going out for dinner. Beautiful high ceilings and much needed aircon. We had a lovely trip, thank you.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - so convenient to get to all the attractions. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. We loved the stylish and cozy interior design - you can tell the host put a lot of thought into making it beautiful. Special mention goes to our host who was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions quickly and were always available when we needed assistance. We definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Most amazing hosts! Paola and Sophia were so helpful and wonderful in aiding us on our trip adjustment when we encountered a train strike - accompanying us through the 1.5 hour queue. Their care and thoughtfulness as airbnb host were clearly evident in the setup of the apartment - from drinks, breakfast, snacks, toiletries, and all sort of household items that holidayers might ever need. This is the most well-set airbnb i had ever stayed and I am most impressed. Well done, ladies! Would highly recommend!

Gabriela’s place was great! Rome is a very very busy place, and her apartment is both right in the center of the action and peaceful inside. You don’t hear any of the commotion of the busy side street! Gabriela was a fast and helpful communicator. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We loved our stay!

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was perfect—walking distance to so many iconic sites, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was clean, stylish, and packed with amenities that made our stay super comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Great location. Near metro and spanish steps. Short walk to Trevi. Great apartment! Very clean. Love the layout. Balcony is very peaceful at night. Tastefully decorated. The ONLY downside is that there is no elevator. This is stated in the description so it was not a surprise.

The place is in a great location. The market is a hop away and the cafe downstairs makes a very strong Americano. There were some issues out of their control in regard to luggage drop off and communication was spot on. This did however lead to a delay in the turn over and the place was still being cleaned at 4pm. There was a comment about the linens being old and that is definitely true. The towels are old and the comforter was worn. However, the location and price are unbeatable

Paola’s place was truly great! Great location, beautiful flat, close to all of the sites that you want to see in Rome! Many great restaurants and cafe’s nearby with easy access to the train and metro for longer hauls. As a host, Paola was incredibly responsive from the second we booked. She was helpful with recommendation and extremely flexible when we arrived early and asked to check in at 1pm. We would recommend to our friends and family!

We had a very nice time at this place. Stefano met us at our arrival time and gave us a detailed explanation about the place and location. As if that wasn’t enough, I received a pdf with the most helpful information about everything you could need for your visit in Rome. The place was very comfortable, modern and clean and just steps away from the most popular tourist attractions. We would love to return in our future visits, no doubt!

Christiana’s penthouse apartment is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views of the Coloseum and skyline are amazing, particularly the sunsets. Christiana is super communicative throughout. One of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. She kindly provided snacks, coffee and tea, a bottle of prosecco… I highly recommend Christiana’s penthouse.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

It was a nice apartment. It was two-storey and spacious. There were separate air conditioners for both floors. The kitchen was complete. The location of the apartment is really great. The farthest place to visit is 20-25 minutes walk away. Which you have to do if you come to Rome. There is a different history on each street.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.

I would definitely stay here each time I visit in the future. Very nice interiors like a 5 Star Hotel. Great designer and great use of space. Very close to train station and everything around is just a short walk. There were six of us and the place was the perfect size.
