The apartment was simply amazing! The huge terrace with uninterrupted views of Scilla beach was perfect for relaxing, watching the cruise ships and also eating outside. We stayed a week and could have stayed longer as it was just perfect.

It is a beautiful house and has everything, the strategic location is a short distance from everything from both the sea and the city center with excellent bus and train connections very close by. The real peculiarity is that Giovanni makes you feel at home. And with him, the whole palace welcomes you and accompanies you in the living room. Warm and kind atmosphere and nice, thoughtful tenants. We stayed for a fairly long period and found ourselves loving "Casa Mimma" and the whole building that never made us feel alone always with discretion and courtesy. Giovanni is very kind and always ready for anything, he is pragmatic and resourceful. The house is a small oasis in the jungle of the city. Accurately renovated and newly furnished, you can see the attention to detail and attention to the guest. From the balcony you can see the sea and Sicily. A few meters away is the main street with a supermarket provided, homemade, tobacco shop We recommend this warm and comfortable accommodation

We had a very nice time at Isabella's place. Lemons and basil from your own garden, a large supermarket close by and a very beautiful landscape. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Katia's. The accommodation is very cute and very clean, like in a hotel! The check-in instructions were very clear, with photos (indeed the door is hard to open but we get there after a few tests). The apartment is located a 10min walk from the sea. Finally, Katia is very kind and responsive, she will respond quickly to all your questions!

Great balconies with view of straight of Messina, Sicily, and Etna! Extremely spacious - 2 leather couches, 2 bathrooms, bathtub and shower, table for six. Plenty of safe and free parking right in front; Elevator much appreciated. Family lives in the building. Very good internet for southern Italy: 60Mbps with 85ms loaded latency was great for VoIP phone calls and remote work. Car required: Hardly any cafes, restaurants, or bars nearby, drive to grocery store and location is on a busy road - one of the main arteries into the center of Reggio Calabria. Train tracks run on the block behind the building and you will hear the train as well.

Osvaldo and his wife are warm people, exemplary hosts, they picked us up from the station and on the way to the apartment showed us the best restaurants. The apartment had clean towels and bed linen, basic kitchen equipment, you can cook yourself. In the cabinet, there is even salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, oil, sugar, an espresso maker, and dish soap. On the balcony, there is a clothes dryer, a table and chairs. Balcony overlooking Sicily. On the same street, there is a fresh vegetable shop, a fish shop, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a drugstore. Next to restaurants and cafes. Great location, close to everything. Close to the train station, the ferry, and the famous promenade just a few steps down the street. Very close to the Aragonese castle, near the museum. This place is a great starting point, you can take a ferry to Sicily (only 20 minutes), take a train to Scilla and Tropea. Reggio Calabria has a lot to offer, especially daily walks along the Lungo Mare. A place worth recommending. We'll definitely be back.

idyllic mountain village surrounded by friendly Italian people. in winter it can get cold in the house, even if the sun laughs in the morning surrounded by lemon trees. We've always had power outages. It was worth a trip. 🍋🌞🍊

Lovely big house with lots of space to hang out and eat. Short walk to everything. Good facilities.

We stayed on this space for 3 days. Was super clean. Giovanna showed us everything at check-in. We were in Scilla or on the ferry in Sicily within 10 minutes. If you walked down the street, you were right by the sea and could look over to Sicily. The only minor thing that bothered us was the motorists. The house is located on a curve, i.e. here you can lift from any direction. Especially in the morning from 8:00 am it was quite annoying, at the other times it had not bothered us. I recommend the place for a trip to Scilla or to come to Sicily.

Large spaces, strategic location, minimal finishes and furnishings but with impeccable taste and cleanliness. As well as the relationship with the Host. We spent a fantastic week of tranquility, beautiful scenery and excellent food. We'll be back and highly recommend it. Thanks to Luigi and family

Alina's place is beautiful and conveniently situated. The view from the patio ( and bathroom) is breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting outside taking in the surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and fell in love with Badolato.

Huge flat with 3 balconies, huge living room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms. Fully equipped. Washer, iron, toiletries, and extra towels. Great owners who took great care of us. They gave tips for a great stay. Great location. A minute to the sea, restaurants. 5 minutes to the local shop smelling Italian. 7 minutes to the train station. We recommend walking to Catona, travelling to Sicily by water tram, visit to Melito di Porto Salve. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for real Italy.

Bivongi is probably a place I would not have visited if I had not found this apartment, it was worth it.

Antonio was very responsive, we were able to arrive early at the apartment. Antonio told us about several activities and restaurants to do. It was very nice to communicate with Antonio (in English ;) ) I recommend it!

Maria's place is in the "newer" part of Scilla, but just a short walk to the Piazza and statue of Scilla, where you can decide to head left down to the beach, straight ahead to the castle, or to the right to the old fishing village. Those are all just a few minutes walk, making Maria's place very conveniently located. There is plenty of street parking, and a couple of grocery stores are nearby. The home is comfortable with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the beds are comfortable. Maria is a great host and met us for check-in and communicated really well. If you're visiting Scilla overnight, this is a great place to make as your home base.

Beautiful to sleep with the sounds of the sea. Everything you need. Carlo was friendly and responsive. Nothing more to say :)

Great location very near to train station and also the main shops. There is a new building being built opposite but with windows closed we did not really hear much noise. The apartment is so spacious and beautifully decorated. Mariafrancesca was an excellent host and was really helpful and responsive.

I stayed for a short time at this place and I and I immediately felt very well. Giorgio is super helpful and very kind, ready to solve any problem in the shortest time possible. Very large apartment and not far from the sea. Very close to the main road that connects to the other villages. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone, families but also groups of friends.

Franco's apartment was a very good decision. The apartment as described, Franco is a nice and very helpful person. he answered all the questions, recommended places to visit. I sincerely recommend staying with Franco when you are in Kalabri.
