El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, estuvimos muy cómodos

Fiquei um pouco mais de um mês e foi uma ótima estadia! Mercado 7 min a pé, ponto de ônibus perto, centro da cidade uma boa caminhada de 45 min. Apartamento igual das fotos, anfitriã Elisa sempre respondia com prontidão. Só tive problema com o freezer que eu tinha que descongelar pois produzia muito gelo e com geladeira que abaixava a temperatura sozinha e como eu guardava insulina ficava preocupada, mas já avisei a anfitriã e com certeza ela verificará. Uma boa estadia para quem prefere ficar fora do centro turístico.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Andrea. Suite à un correspondance manquée, je suis arrivé plus tard que prévu et Andrea m'a fait parvenir toutes les instructions nécessaires pour mon arrivée. L'appartement est spacieux, situé à 2 pas de la gare de Campo di Marte, et juste à côté d'une supérette. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Andrea a eu la gentillesse de me prévenir pour la réservation des musées, quasiment obligatoire pour pouvoir y rentrer en pleine saison. Un super séjour !

A acomodação confere com a descrição, mas o box é bem apertado e não tem lugar para colocar o sabonete e o xampu, além de ser difícil para acertar a temperatura da água do chuveiro. A localização do apartamento é boa, a poucos minutos de caminhada estamos no centro histórico. Quanto ao anfitrião foi muito solicito a todas as dúvidas e estava sempre disponível para ajudar.

Appartamentino ben organizzato, perfetto per un soggiorno breve a Firenze. La posizione è comoda, proprio davanti la fermata della tramvia che porta al centro in sole 4 fermate. Latif è stato molto amichevole e disponibile, rendendo tutto semplice fin dal check-in. Nel complesso, un buon punto d'appoggio per esplorare la città!

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

Lucrezia ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Host. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse und der Garten der Unterkunft.

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Barbara et Cristiano et leur fils ont été des hôtes très amicaux, à l’écoute et aidants. Leur maison est un havre de paix au milieu d’une magnifique nature, d’un calme reposant et bénéfique. C’est un bonheur d’y rentrer après une journée de visites. Merci pour votre aide avec le chemin, les bagages et votre gentillesse !

Die Unterkunft ist einfach wundervoll und hat ihren ganz eigenen Charme! Der Empfang war sehr familiär und persönlich, sodass man sich auch direkt wohlgefühlt hat. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt und auch darüber hinaus befinden sich viele nützliche Utensilien in der Unterkunft. Francesca ist eine wirklich sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin die uns von Anfang an ein gutes Gefühl im Urlaub gegeben hat. Man kann von hier die Toskana sehr gut erkunden und auch fussläufig sehr schöne Regionen erkunden. Leider ist die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft unbefestigt und etwas schwieriger zu erreichen, aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft einfach perfekt.

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung gleich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es war super viel Platz vorhanden und alles picobello sauber. Von Monto Baducco waren Ausflüge nach Bologna, Florenz, Pisa,....sehr gut möglich. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen liebwn Dank an den Vermieter.

Simonen tilava ja kodikas asunto vastaa täysin kuvausta. Simonen yhteydenpito oli aivan loistavaa ja ennakoivaa, sain perusteelliset ohjeet saapumiseen ja tunsimme olomme todella tervetulleiksi. Asunto sijaitsee ydinkeskustan ulkopuolella, joten se on hieman rauhallisempi. Kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä ja bussillakin matkaa sujuu nopeasti. Aivan vierestä löytyy ravintoloita ja kävelymatkan päässä useampikin eri kokoinen ruokakauppa. Palvelut hyvin saatavilla. Asunto on myös hyvin rauhallinen, naapureista ei juuri kuulu ääniä. Kadulta jonkin verran liikenteen ääniä, muttei kuitenkaan jatkuvaa liikenteen pauhua. Kaiken kaikkiaan mielestäni erittäin hyvä hintalaatusuhde.

All in all, a wonderful Tuscan experience! Beautiful home that helped us feel local and part of the place and surroundings. Sabrina was so nice and welcoming and attentive to anything we needed!

Gorgeous apartment in central, Florence you couldn't ask for any closer to the city centre and the price was amazing for how good the apartment was. Eletta was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely reccomend

Our stay was perfect, the place was authentic and beautiful. It was well equipped, and convenient, in the heart of Florence, we really enjoyed this place.

Fatmira’s place is wonderful. It is very spacious, the ceilings are 4 metres high, very nice living room and modern kitchen. The bedroom is big with a lot of storage and the apartment has a nice, squeaky clean bathroom. The condo is situated in a gated community, it’s very safe and, of course, has a private parking. It’s also very accessible to the centre of the city, you can easily walk from the apartment to there. Fatmira was incredibly helpful and an enjoyable host. She answered questions whenever needed. I strongly recommend this place.

Рекомендую данное жилье. Большой плюс - 12 мин пешком от вокзала (особо это оценят путешественники, которые приехали не только во Флоренцию, но и в Пизу, и в Рим). Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Новая мебель и чистая уборка. Отдельные слова благодарности хозяину: Лука сразу принял нашу просьбу о раннем заселении и все организовал безупречно. Спасибо ему большое!

We had a pleasant stay overall — the property was clean, well-maintained, and matched the description accurately. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. However, one issue we faced was that one of the bathrooms had no hot water throughout our 3-day stay. It made bathing quite uncomfortable, especially given the cold water. We informed the host, but unfortunately the problem couldn’t be resolved during our time there. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we appreciated the hospitality. If the hot water issue is fixed, this would be a perfect place to stay.

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.
