Vacation rentals with a sauna in Metropolitan City of Florence

The apartment and the surrounding area was simply mind blowing and beautiful, a real tuscan experience. I definitely recommend the place, we had an amazing time, it was everything we wanted. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We surely won’t forget all the beautiful things, the time we spent there and the memories we made. Grazie!

I was a little early and check-in was a little tricky, but when a representative from the host arrived, she was so friendly and kind. She gave me a tour of the home which was clean and cool, a welcome respite from the heat outside. The jacuzzi and sauna were in working condition and the place felt so romantic. The best part of Terme 17 was the location. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Great restaurants, shops, attractions, and museums within a few minutes walk. The only unfortunate thing that happened was that the air conditioner broke and it was very hot outside! But our host was incredibly responsive in trying to get it repaired and even gave us a partial refund for the nights affected. We highly recommend the host, apartment, and location. 10/10 would stay there again.

Very pleasant stay. The house is very beautiful and matches the description and photos perfectly. The owners Marco and Elisa have always been available and attentive to our questions. Since the house is in the mountain, the only small negative point would be the road leading directly to the house which is a bit complex (uphill and with tight turns). However, this remains only one detail in view of the comfort of the house and the beauty of the place.

We stayed at Luisa’s apartment for 4 days, the location is unbelievable, just to the side of the Uffizi museum. Steps from many restaurants and cafe’s. We were able to walk to all of the prime locations. Definitely recommend this when in Florence and need room for several people, we were 5 in our party and we were very comfortable. Thanks! CCC

We had a fantastic stay here with our two kids. Cosimo was very responsive and helpful, he helped us arrange car transfers from the Pisa airport and to our next destination in Tuscany. The apartment is beautiful, a great mix of old charm and modern amenities. Bathrooms had great water pressure and rain shower! Beds were super comfortable! He even left us some fresh bread from the bakery and sliced meats. A great host!! Walkable to everything in San Gimignano, but in a quiet, relaxing alley. I loved being close to the walled area so it was easy to get our luggage into the car less town. Tv was nice to watch Netflix. For our son. Beautiful courtyard. Would recommend and stay again!!

It was very spacious and had very comfortable beds. There were no street noises, and the back patio was very charming. We wish we could have used it, but it rained during our stay. It would have been fantastic if the weather had been better.

This place was amazing!!! So well appointed and absolutely charming. The location was spot on - right in the heart of things and close to everything. Hosts were super helpful and arranged several wonderful activities for us. Would definitely stay here again :)

Really nice place. We loved the area. Even though Florence will always be busy this time of the year (June), the place is walkable to all things you want to see yet just tucked away enough to be in a quiet street etc. Close by are cute restaurants, nice cafés, a bakery etc. The terraces are stunning and we spent all the time when we were at the apartment outside. We have a baby and Rafael was also so kind to provide a crib and a high chair.

The apartment is in a wonderful location in the center of San Gimignano, the host was very quick to respond to us and welcomed us with only a few hours' notice. Overall, a short but pleasant stay!

A very quiet place, with a pleasant cool and close to several trails to be able to take walks. the house was very well organized by the owner, with everything you need for the stay and even more. Really nice space outside with games, bikes and a pleasant freshness. Lisa, the owner is really kind and very helpful both in preparing the accommodation and in meeting other requests. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week in this pleasant accommodation. The house has everything you'll need. Especially the garden is really beautiful! I saw fireflies for the first time in my life. The garden was full of them. There was fresh coffee 'across the street'. It's a little noisy (upstairs neighbors), but that didn't really bother us. Furthermore, a very quiet and pleasant place!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It felt like being at home as everything was very clean and comfortable. Valentina was a great host as were the staff helping at the building for check in and exit. The apartment was close to a lot of the sites and walkable. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice calm place, with lots of rosemary

Wow — I couldn’t recommend this villa more! My friends and I stayed at Rosella’s villa for 5 nights and had the best time. The villa was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing — clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Rosella was the most amazing host — she went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. She and her team were always happy to help with any questions, and even gave us lifts to the station multiple times. I’d definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private farmhouse in Chianti. The setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our group of 10 adults and 4 toddlers were all very comfortably accommodated. Ann and Maurizio were exceptional hosts—their attention to detail really made the stay special. From the cozy rooms to the thoughtfully arranged common areas, everything was just right. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which made cooking for our large group a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside in a quiet and well-cared-for home.

The stay was amazing, the Host Luciano was very nice and forthcoming about any inquiry we had. I can recommend the place to anybody who wants to have a nice, chill time in the hills of central Tuscany.

We had a lovely stay in “all'ombra del lauro” The house is large enough for the four of us and our dog. It also has many original Tuscan features and is simply but tastefully decorated. We have also been able to spend a lot of time outside because of the beautiful weather. During the day in the shade of the laurel tree, in the evening in the hot tub enjoy the view and the setting sun. It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful here, the only thing we hear are the birds whistling. The location is a great place as a base to explore the area. With cities like Florence, Pisa and Lucca nearby, we didn't have to get bored. The places here in the area were also definitely worth visiting.

We had a great time at the villa. The pool was huge, and the villa itself exceeded expectations as the photos did not do it justice. We loved walking to the local bar in the morning to get coffee and pastries. And Fransisco had great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

We have spent wonderful week this summer in Willa Elena. 3 families with kids. Willa is huge 900 m2, so we had very comfortable conditions. Perfect location, and beautiful place. Elena hosted us with a true kindness. We like Elena’s’ wine, and our kids love their horses. I would recommend this Willa to big groups looking for comfortable conditions in Tuscany.

After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.

Really lovely villa. The pool is a good size and even bigger the the photos suggest. Very peaceful in a beautiful setting. You are in the middle of nowhere which worked for us as we had a car so ventured out to some lovely restaurants and even caught the train to Florence from Montevarchi one day. The town is just a 10minute drive away where there’s a large Lidl and Coop. Local village only 5minutes drive with a tiny coffee bar and small Coop. Thanks so much for a wonderful week in the sun! Highly recommend.
