Vacation rentals with beach access in Metropolitan City of Florence

Antonio was a fabulous host. He gave us some of his “go to” restaurants. Ask about the place behind the “butcher shop”… OMG. Alice was on-site daily and was equally kind and helpful. Try Antonio’s wine during a sunset. Both crisp and relaxing. 🍷🇮🇹

Very nice place. Beautiful swimming pool with superb view over the lake. Very friendly staff.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Sie ist nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt konnte man zu Fuss entdecken. In der Nähe sind mehrere kleine Lebensmittelläden, eine Bäckerei (sehr empfehlenswert), sowie mehrere Restaurants, die auch glutenfreie Menüs anbieten. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Obwohl wir die Küche nur für das Frühstück nutzten. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio & Veronica war unkompliziert und schnell. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Über alles gesehen, ist die gemütliche Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert.

There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

C'est à quelques minutes de Florence dans un havre de paix et de beauté. l'hôte Mr Simone est d'une grande gentillesse, réactif à toute demande et parle français. A l'hébergement il y a une piscine et également un barbecue. Nous avons passés trois jours magnifiques et nous reviendrons loger à la casa Melograni

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Florence, but just far enough away that you still feel like you’re out of the hustle. The windows were incredible. Can’t believe how quiet it was. Sara was great and allowed us to check in a little early and stay late. Would definitely stay here again! Grazie Sara :)

Wir waren zusammen mit unserem Hund in dem Zimmer untergebracht. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und für diesen Zweck ist das Zimmer ideal. Wie es sich für längere Aufenthalte eignet kann ich nicht sagen, jedoch war es sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Ebenfalls hat die Vermieterin uns aufgrund der unvorhergesehenen Verkehrslage einen Check in um 24:00 ermöglicht was außergewöhnlich ist. Wir waren absolut zufrieden.

Loved this place. Exactly what we needed after a trip in Rome. Filipo clearly has a passion for plants and we absolutely loved his gardens. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore this region. We had a rental car and were able to explore and enjoy everything- Florence, Pisa, Siena, Crete senesi and San gimignano.
