Had awesome stay! House was amazing had everything we needed. The backyard oasis was amazing! Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Janet’s place was more than what I expected. My brother and his wife was visiting us and we were having our first trip to Sunshine Coast, and her accommodation really completed it all. It was perfect, clean , and she was so friendly. Definitely would visit again. Thank you Janet !

We enjoyed this spacious basement unit - with 2 bedrooms, a large living area, and outdoor pool area, there was plenty of room for 4 adults. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed playing air hockey. The location is a little out of the way (one of us needed an Uber at one point and it took a while for a driver to agree to come out to the Airbnb). Also, I think the listing said the pool would be heated starting in May, but we were there in late May and it was quite cold. Other than that, a lovely place and great stay!

'Hollywood North' is a bit of a misnomer - the home is much more classic, warm and comfortable, with owners who provide timely and helpful communication and assistance. 'West Coast Charm and Grace' might be more descriptive. The cost of the accommodation, though not unsubstantial, was well worth it. We were a group of 9 adults from 2 branches of one family who meet every Thanksgiving to reconnect. The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the 2 living areas, the dining room, the outdoor terrace, the swimming pool and hot tub, the gardens, and the very impressive kitchen all served to make the holiday one we will cherish. Everything you need to make the house your home was supplied - inspired us to stay in and cook as a family a vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner! In short, a beautiful home and great hosts in a lovely setting. Could not ask for more.

Super responsive communication from the host. Home was very much as described in the photos - and we were pleased and comfortable here. The interior garden area is really peaceful. Will look forward to staying again.

This is a gorgeous place. Immaculate. John quickly responded to any questions. Modern design, three levels, fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and spices. Someone left a bottle of vodka which we liked. Kitchen appliances are a high end manufacturer. Stovetop is induction which was cool to work with. The shower had the overhead waterfall, body sprays and a hand-held sprayer. We used the hot tub a lot. There are two bedrooms upstairs, separated by a sliding door, and two downstairs. Beds were quite comfortable. There are 68 steps from the street down to the front door. I found that if I engaged my core and legs the entire ascent, it became less burdensome. If you have any orthopedic issues, you should consider. With that said, there is a device/tram/funicular that will move your luggage/groceries from the street level down to the back door of the house. Perhaps the best aspect of the house is the view. Just stunning and relaxing all the time, day and night.

It's not the first time travelling to Vancouver but staying at Cady's place was the best experience so far from my stays in recent years. Cady was super easy to communicate and friendly. She did give me notices several days prior to my journey. The place itself was super clean, very bright. If you are looking for a walk to the closest SkyTrain station, this is a great spot because it took me 7 minutes to the closest station. Because the apt is located on the corner of the street, you can always enjoy the morning sun if you look for one. Cady and her apt made me feel like home with excellent hospitality. I was impressed that Cady prepared a small gift for me!!! What a pleasant and lovely stay!

My cousin and I had a lovely visit at Linling’s place. The view is as promised and we found it a bit mesmerizing day or night to watch the boats on the bay—either sitting outside or from the apartment. The beds were very comfortable. I don’t normally rent basement apartments on AirbNb but I have no regrets about taking a chance on this one. We had complete privacy, lots of light (the entire wall facing the water is windows), and barely heard muffled footsteps more than once or twice. The location is super convenient to Horseshoe Bay, Lighthouse Park, and the neighborhoods in West Vancouver with great food options. Parking is easy. I even walked down to the Bay a couple of mornings (I don’t mind hills). I highly recommend. The owner is very responsive and a great communicator.

We had the most wonderful stay with Jay and her family! We spent a full month at their place, and from day one, it felt like home. The location is great, quiet, well-connected, and just a short walk to the SkyTrain, shops, and everything we needed. Living car-free was a breeze! Jay was such a kind and thoughtful host, always responsive and genuinely helpful, even in the very last moments as we packed up and helped us move. She truly went above and beyond for us. Our 3-year-old daughter had toys to play with and space to explore, which made our transition to life in BC feel extra welcoming. And we have to give a special shoutout to the lawn! Coming from the dry south of France, it was refreshing to see so much green! Easily the best grass in the whole neighborhood! We’re so grateful for this stay and will genuinely miss it and the whole family. Couldn’t have hoped for a better host or a better start to our new adventure!

This was a aboslutley beautiful space! The view is breathtaking and the high windows, wood beams and balaconies make the whole thing quite dreamy. There is also a amazing bathtub on the lower floor that overlooks the ocean which was my happy place. They keep the space very clean and well stocked with the key things you may need to make your stay comfortable (shower ammenities, basic kitchen supplies, great towels). I went with my kid, parents, sister and her baby and were quite comfortable with the three bedrooms and large living room/ kitchen. The fireplace made for a cozy atmosphere in the evenings as you watch the sunset and birds flying overhead. It is also convenientily located 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. The only challenging thing for us was that the home is situated immediately against the street and there is no sidewalk to walk with kids/ to the beach etc. There is also no real backyard for kids to run and play in.

Lovely stay at the Secret Garden, hosts were very responsive and kind. The property was incredibly picturesque and close to light hiking trails. I would love to come back in spring or fall, the upstairs bedroom area was a bit on the warm side as we had an unseasonably hot weekend.

Loved staying here! Great location in North Van. Enjoyed the area a few days before leaving for a cruise. Jamie was super helpful and responsive to all questions about the area. Felt like home. Super clean and extremely comfortable bed! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in North Van! Lucy made sure we had everything we needed and the house was very nice. If you visit, do yourself a favor and visit both Lynn Canyon and Cleveland Dam. Both are nearby and have great photo-ops! We would certainly stay here again.

We rented the main floor of the house - we stayed a month and were very comfortable there and had everything that we needed. It was bright and airy and felt like home. It is lovely and looks exactly as in the photos. The bed is comfy and the shower is very good. The kitchen is well stocked making it easy to cook and entertain. The yard is beautiful and well kept and the deck is a wonderful place to sit with nice furniture. Jeremy is an exceptional host - he will do whatever it takes to make sure you have what you need. The location is great - minutes from two major bus routes! The location is great - you are 2 min from two major bus routes. It is about a 10 - 15 min bus to catch the sky train if needed. These bus routes took us pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. We signed up for EVO car rental to go to North Vancouver and were always able to find a car within close distance of our house. Uber in the city is great - we always had one in front of the house within minutes.

We had a fantastic stay at Kristie’s place. Place was spotless and decorated tastefully. We were a group of 8 and a comfortable stay. She was very responsive to our inquiries and everything went smoothly. Definitely would recommend this place.

Smooth checkin. Very detailed instructions yet easy to understand. Edith was very helpful and proactively reaching out. Apartment was clean and amenities are in very good conditions although we didn’t need to use most of them. Neighbourhood is quiet and you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Edith’s apartment.

The hosts let us know the unit was available early if we wanted to check in, and we did arrive an hour early. As described, the unit is a small basement apartment with no kitchen, and it worked fine for the two of us for a short 2-night stay for a wedding at UBC. The price seemed high for what we got, but we knew that going in. Location, location, location. Our subsequent stay in a complete condo in Whistler cost just a few dollars more.

Great location, loved walking the neighborhood and parking was easy. Sauna before bed was an extra treat
