All amenities are within walking distance. Bakery, supermarket... A cycle path connects Bénesse-Maremne to Capbreton / Hossegor / Seignosse. Don't hesitate to take your bikes to explore the area.

The bungalow is located in the garden of my house and is equipped with 2 showers, one of which is outdoor, a toilet, TV, fan, and a sofa bed. No kitchen but 1 mini fridge, coffee maker, kettle.
