In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

The pools are within 50 m, and the beach is accessible by walking along the golf course in less than 15 minutes. Free parking, and laundry 20 meters away. Linens are provided.

Within the village Nature and Ocean in Messanges, 1600m from the beach, in a charming wooded site, fully pedestrianized and quiet, with outdoor heated pool in summer, hot tub, children's playground, gym,etc. Welcoming chalet for 2 to 4 people, including 2 children, including a mezzanine with a double bed or 2 singles, including 1 trundle which becomes double, a sofa bed in the living room, TV, WiFi, equipped kitchen, bathroom and private terrace. Dogs allowed.
