Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Between land and sea, between sea and marsh, "L'annexe des Ollivier's" is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Quimiac on the Guérande peninsula, in the Brière Regional Natural Park. Beaches, shops, restaurants, market, walks in the marshes, coastal trails, the port of Kercabellec, the tip of Merquel… EVERYTHING is within walking distance! 100 meters away, you can even spot or photograph many species of migratory birds!

This vacation home overlooks the Atlantic and Sorlock Beach in Mesquer-Quimiac. With 3 independent bedrooms and a mezzanine dormitory for 5 children (ideally 8 people in total, up to 11 maximum), this is the perfect place for a weekend or a week's vacation by the sea with family or friends. Large wooded grounds, shaded terrace, sun loungers, ping pong, barbecue and direct and private access to the beach.

The house consists of a living room open to the kitchen, a small bathroom, and 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with a double bed and one with a single bed. A veranda with barbecue completes the whole. My children's toys are available for young tenants. Cleaning at guest cost (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.
