Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

With 3 independent bedrooms and a mezzanine dormitory for 5 children (ideally 8 people in total, up to 11 maximum), this is the perfect place for a weekend or a week's vacation by the sea with family or friends. Large wooded grounds, shaded terrace, sun loungers, ping pong, barbecue and direct and private access to the beach.

House with beautiful sea views and direct access to the beach. The house consists of a living room open to the kitchen, a small bathroom, and 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with a double bed and one with a single bed. A veranda with barbecue completes the whole. My children's toys are available for young tenants. Cleaning at guest cost (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.
