The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Outside, you can enjoy a built-in 4-seater Jacuzzi, as well as a green space, all in an enclosed area. Supermarket and bakery within walking distance.

Spacious and bright neo-Breton house located in the countryside in a quiet hamlet of the Pays du Roi Morvan, near the Faouet, and surrounded by pastures, wooded plots and wetlands. The accommodation includes a ground floor composed of: a living/dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a large bathroom and a toilet; a floor composed of: three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet; a laundry room in the basement, with various games.
