Our cave villa comes with sentimental value as it belonged to our grandmother. Dated back to 1920's brings a great heritage. The villa was totally renovated in 2015, transforming a traditional cave into a luxury residence following faithfully the unique cycladic architecture with exceptional modern esthetics. Marla Villas is located in the traditional settlement of Mesaria. That means it is truly beautiful and peaceful and quiet but NO cars allowed. If you rent a car, you can park at the main road which is 4-5 min walking distance. If you rent a scooter, you might find a parking next to the house, but if not, 3-4 min walking I think is ok. It's an old cave house, fully renovated in 2017. In the neighborhood there are many traditional buildings and houses and the security is on high level.

The house is a renovated cave that located at a quiet neighborhood of Mesaria village. It is 3,5km away from Fira town, 3,2km from the airport and 3,5 km from Kamari beach. There are bakery, supermarkets, farmacy, medical centre, atm, restaurants and cafe in 10 minutes walking away. Mesaria village is the centre of the island and all the destinations are acceptable. The bus station is 10 minutes walking away from the house. There is available place for parking near the house.
