If you rent a car, you can park at the main road which is 4-5 min walking distance. If you rent a scooter, you might find a parking next to the house, but if not, 3-4 min walking I think is ok. It's an old cave house, fully renovated in 2017. In the neighborhood there are many traditional buildings and houses and the security is on high level.

Cave Kanava Winery Villa- Adults Only

The perfect stay if you’re looking for luxury and an authentic experience. The restoration of the winery is done to such a beautiful standard, there’s clearly been a lot of time and thought put into making this a magical space. We can recommend watching the sunrise from the pool, befriending the sweet neighbour (who shared her cooking with us!) and taking a boat tour to the caldera if you can. Ioannis was an exceptional host and made our stay extremely comfortable, sharing the story of the renovation with us and making sure Kanava felt like home for our stay. He was also fantastic at organising us transport and our boat tour, so we didn’t have to think about anything! If you’re on the fence at all, (although we’re not sure why, look at it!), just book it! We wished we had longer at Kanava, and if we’re ever in Santorini again, we’ll be back! Laura & Rob

What can I say: a beautiful, immaculate, picturesque house in a quiet area; and incredibly helpful and friendly hosts. It was within walking distance of a bus stop and shop, and wasn't too far from either the port nor Fira by taxi. Terrific.

Dimitris offered us an ideal place to stay for our stay. The accommodation is located in the middle of the island which facilitates access to other cities. Dimitris helped us with our transfer from the airport to the accommodation so he accompanied us until the departure when our end of stay where we had to take a bus. Dimitris is really very welcoming and pays special attention to the occupants.

We stayed with our almost 3 year old son in this beautiful house, perfectly decorated with care and well equipped with all the necessities! Everything and new and of quality... The heated pool was very pleasant on a daily basis, and the exchanges clear and responsive. Daily cleaning is a real plus as well (dishes, beds, change of towels...etc.). The neighborhood is not very lively but there are supermarkets 5min away by car, and a car rental makes it very easy to do all the island. We recommend it without a second thought. Thanks!

The accomodation is lovely, spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. The area is quiet with narrow laneways meaning no cars just scooters and foot traffic - which was minimal and means you are not on a tourist route and it is lovely and peaceful. Evi kindly arranged transfer services from the airport to the accommodation for us, and also for when we wanted to go out to dinner one evening. These were much appreciated, Evi could not do enough for us.

An outdoor terrace features a jacuzzi and sunbeds, framed by white drapes. Gentle steps lead up to the terrace, while decorative items and turquoise glass accents add a serene touch to the space.

We had an incredible stay at George’s place in Santorini! George was extremely helpful, personally showing us around and explaining all the local spots. The house itself was beautifully minimalistic, spotlessly clean, and located in a charming village where locals are your neighbors. The people were so friendly, and we had a lot of fun with our son with them during this trip. What we loved most was being away from the busy, crowded areas like Fira. It gave us a peaceful and authentic experience, yet the entire island was still at our fingertips. The walks around the village were lovely, and the house had everything we needed, with a cozy, home-like feel. Our son summed it up perfectly when he said, "Why do we have to leave? It’s so cozy here, I want this to be our home!" Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic Santorini stay!
