The studio apartment is situated at the rear of the stand-alone brick double garage with its own private entrance & off street parking. It has a small courtyard, own bathroom, washing machine & dryer. Well-appointed kitchenette. Suitable for 1 couple (Queen Bed). A fold-out bed (on request) is available for 2 people who are travelling together but not as a couple. Not suitable for children. Short-term stays only. Strictly NO Smoking inside apartment. The property is NOT Suitable for pets.

We are conveniently located near Kianinny Bay. The space is perfect for couples to enjoy the Sapphire coast, beaches, national parks, mountain bike tracks, and local award winning oysters.

Seatons - Aussie Beach House Overlooking Tathra

Found on wildlife drive, Seatons is my haven of peace and rejuvenation in the township of Tathra on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. I spend months here on end, reading in front of the fire, walking in the wildlife reserve, drinking coffee, swimming, sleeping, dreaming - and like me and every guest who has ever stayed, you'll never want to leave.

A fully functional kitchen with a coffee pod machine. Air conditioning/heating. For the winter months you have the option of a combustion heater. (Only for those who have experience.) We are just a 5 minute stroll from Merimbula's town centre where you will find restaurants, pub, clubs & boutique shopping as well as our closest beach at Spencer Park & children’s playground. Each apt sleeps up to 4 guests. We have 3 apts on the ground floor which over look the pool and 3 on the first floor which have water views.
