Stay comfortably. It's easy to come here to relax. Behind the house, a separate wood-burning yard sauna by the Kalajoki. Close to the village association hut and the disc golf course that allows for nice solo or together activities. Thoughtfully set and tidy place. High-quality 160 wide double beds in the room. A sofa bed with a thick top mattress, i.e. accommodation 2+2. Fiber optic internet, WiFi. 3 step socket for EV charging, ask if needed. Come and fall in love with this uniquely lovely place

Asunto sijaitsee alueella, joka on vähän kuin oma pieni kylänsä, joka luo lomalaisilleen loistavat puitteet monipuoliseen harrasteluun sekä mukavaan ja rentoon lomailuun. Myös kaikki palvelut ovat kävelymatkan päässä, sillä Kalajoen suosituimmat ravintolat ovat käden ulottuvilla ja ruokakauppaankin on vain 5-10min kävelymatka. Asunnolta pääset Oulun lentokentälle 7minuutissa ja Oulun keskustaan 20minuutissa. Lähikauppa on 2km päässä. Asunto on lapsiperheen pihassa- oma hirsinen asunto. Sauna ja jacuzzi on isäntäväen kanssa yhteinen, mutta ajan sopimalla, se on käytössäsi 1-1,5h/vrk.

Lisäksi rakennuksessa on wc, suihku, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin ja terassi. Terassilla sijaitsevan paljun voi vuokrata erillishintaan täytettynä ja lämmitettynä 120€/1.pv, lisäpäivät 40€. Hintaan sisältyvät vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, laudeliinat, loppusiivous ja tarvittaessa auton pysäköinti.

Fine holiday home on a sandy beach by the sea in the Dune village of Kalajoki sandbanks. Marina's Dune Village sits between the sea and the landscaped pond. Rare beachfront apartments are located on a sandy beach by the sea. One of the best Golf courses in Finland, Kalajoki Golf and the numerous year-round services of the Sandbanks are within walking distance. The Marina area is built near the Sandbanks Tourist Center, a new, upscale and maritime vacation and recreation center.

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
