L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. A pochi passi: Molo di Mergellina da cui imbarcarsi per Ischia, Capri e Procida o la Costiera Amalfitana nel periodo estivo con il metrò del mare. Sono attivi nel periodo estivo anche i collegamenti con le Isole Eolie. Stazione Napoli Mergellina, chiaro e bellissimo esempio di stile liberty, da ammirare e da scoprire. Via Caracciolo, dove è possibile passeggiare sul lungomare e ammirare i caratteristici luoghi raffigurati in quelle cartoline tanto vendute nei negozi di souvenir, respirare l'aria di mare tra le barche ormeggiate, magari sorseggiando una bibita fresca. Piazza Sannazzaro, famosa per la sua Fontana della Sirena. Sono presenti anche numerosi e rinomati bar, ristoranti e pizzerie. Sempre vicino l'appartamento c'è il Parco Vergiliano a Piedigrotta dove riposano le spoglie di Giacomo Leopardi e di Virgilio. A cinque minuti: Il PAN (Palazzo delle Arti Napoli) che ospita spesso mostre meravigliose. Sul lungomare inoltre c'è la splendida Villa Pignatelli e il Museo Principe Diego Aragona Pignatelli Cortes. Via Caracciolo, la villa comunale e i suoi giardini. A dieci minuti: Raggiungerete a piedi il quartiere più chic di Napoli, Chiaia, ideale per lo shopping diurno e il divertimento serale, dall'aperitivo in poi.. Infatti alle spalle di Piazza San Pasquale ci sono tantissimi bar e locali per una favolosa cena e un dopocena glamour. Ad una fermata di metropolitana o di Cumana invece il centro storico di Napoli raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata in pianura attraversando il quartiere Chiaia o in alternativa percorrendo il lungomare. L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. Funky Split Level Living in Designer Flat in Heart of Naples

The apartment is found in the district of Chiaia, considered the main point of reference of the "movida partenopea" which is the city's day and night life. Its Ancient streets are full of the most high fashion shops, signature stores and boutique vintage; local bars, design shops, nightclubs and delicious restaurants. Chiaia is the ideal spot for families and children who desire to stay away from the caos of the center. The apartment is close and connected within the city to Buses, metro stations, funiculars, and taxi stations. At a 100 meters away you can find the tourist port where ferries called "aliscafi" leave for the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida and for the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento. The apartment is bright and well provided, cosy, comfortable and quiet. It's well furnished and provided with every comfort. It's Composed by a vast living room area and kitchen, next to a reading and relax spot. Two bedrooms with queen size beds both loft therefore connect To the bedroom. The first loft has indipendent access so it doesn't commit the guests to reach the bedroom down below. It has a queen size bed, night stands and TV. The second bedroom also has a loft, there's a queen size bed in that space. The stairway to access is in the bedroom. There's one spaceful bathroom, with a large shower head for guests. Guests may have access to all areas Of the house. They can use and enjoy all comforts of all the areas. The house offers harmonious spaces and well organized. Company is a choice and not a need, sharing is a sojourn pleasure. I'm completely available for guests if there's the need. I live and work next to the apartment and I'm always a point of reference for all hosts. The house lies in the district of Chiaia, Mergellina, near the sea and Posillipo Hill. It's also convenient for catching ferries to the islands. Close by are many cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, and there's a local food market every morning. To reach the Airport: take the bus "alibus", get off at the first stop "stazione centrale" enter the station and take linea 2 of the metro directed to "campi flegrei" Get off at the fourth stop "Mergellina" and as soon as you get out of the station turn right and take the second street to the left where the piazza is. From the central station take linea 2 directed at "campi flegrei" and get off at "mergellina" As soon as you head out from the station turn right and take the second to your left as soon as you arrive in the piazza. here's always a welcoming bottle.
